Albert did an incredible job at getting the door on the pod to slide open. Earlier, we were panicking because a metal filing cabinet inside the pod had shifted against the door and it was jammed shut. Thank you Albert, we really needed to get in there. It is time sensitive.

Chris, in Wichita, KS, did a great job picking up our empty Pod and delivering a full Pod. He was fast, accurate, and was pleasant to talk to. Great job Chris!

The Pods drivers were exceptional. I was totally impressed at the great job they did dropping and picking up the pod. The pick up driver MIKE had a challenge because a construction dumpster was very close and it looked like to was going to be impossible get the equipment to fit. He took his time and moved it the the side inch by inch. It was amazing to see. Great job! I highly recommend pods.

Both the guy who dropped off the pod in Kansas City and the person who dropped off and retrieved the pod in Galveston were very professional.

PODS was excellent during my out of state move. The drivers were professional and helpful when delivering and picking up the POD. It was a stress free experience.

Daequan was extremely helpful and informative. We had an issue with the size of a pod box and they Quan suggested a bigger size and even went to back to the warehouse to drop it off at the same day due to my time restraint made it extremely convenient and easier for me super friendly super nice highly recommend if you can use Daequan pacifically as your driver for sure

If you use PODS, ask for Albert to deliver and pick up your pod!. He did an amazing job swapping a full pod with an empty one and was able to complete the transfer efficiently with out damaging anything when the Podzilla threw a chain on its drive. He should be given a substantial raise and should be teaching other PODS drivers! WELL DONE Albert!

Albert was very skillful in maneuvering the truck and podzilla to recover our POD today. We presented a challenging driveway composition it for maximum loading efficiency and both the delivery driver and Albert did great. We appreciate the service!

PODS delivered right on time and communicated outstanding. Kendall ensured i was able to open the POD door with professionalism.

Kendall saved the day!!! He went the extra mile to help us. Kendall is someone who many should take note from. This man was
being told to leave from his dispatcher and did not. Because of his efforts and dedication to helping the custome, I made sure the owner of my company knew how he went out of his way to help us and our 92 year old client remain on schedule to pack the pod and get her moved to Nevada. This move schedule would have never been possible without Kendall’s decision to not leave our job site and leave us and our client stranded when he was being asked to. Not only did Kendall stay when he was being told to leave, after he saw how limited we were with a spot to leave the pod, I expressed how much more
efficient it would be for us to have the pod facing the other way so the door was on the opposite side of how it was loaded on the truck. He took the extra time and made it look so effortlessly to turn the pod around before setting it where we needed it and how we needed it. Kendall you are truly what the business world needs more of. Your 17 years of customer service outshines so many!!! We could never thank you enough for your efforts to stay and help us today. You made your company shine and stand above the rest today. I hope your Company realizes and rewards your efforts because they truly have a gem working on their behalf. Be on the look out from an additional review from my boss as well. PODS is definitely the only way to go, friendly employees, the cost was extremely affordable, care was taken to our driveway/property, & just the the process as a whole was spectacular, THANK YOU ALL.
