Super job decorating for Christmas. Very creative and beautiful too, using what i have and adding some wonderful new things. Great!

These guys are a life saver when you have more to do than time (or expertise) to do it. They've taken on simple things like stocking my kitchen with groceries so I could have a home cooked meal when I got back from a week-long vacation and messier jobs like painting two accent walls in my home. If you've got too many tasks on your plate, using theses guys will make your life just a little easier.

The House Manager is amazing! Any and every job you can think of around your house, THM will bring the best there is to offer. Great company, great people!

Jason and The House Manager did an excellent job on my projects. The workers were prompt, efficient, the work well done and the cost reasonable.

This company has been nothing short of completely professional and provide amazing customer service! I had made a handyman appointment just prior to the ice storm, and they were kind enough to call the day after the first night's freeze (when our pipes froze), to let me know that he would be delayed. As we spoke, I mentioned that we were lacking water due to the freeze, and they asked me on the spot if we needed a plumber. I said I wasn't sure, so I was put on the waiting list, just in case. What a SAVE!! Turns out, my pipe had burst outside, requiring a replacement after 5 days of no water. I had the plumber on the first day they could work, so we were spared any additional wait. All my subsequent appointments have been equally effective and professional. Their contractors have been competent, reasonable and amiable. I will never look for my own contractor again!

We just joined with the monthly subscription and had a wonderful experience with our monthly handyman, Nate - he is very kind and efficient, and was even happy to teach my kids who were very curious about the work he was doing. Great experience and looking forward to what we accomplish with Nate next month.

Amazing service and exceptional team. I highly recommend for the jobs/tasks/honey-do items that will take you more time to figure out than the job itself! Cat and Jason are phenomenal and wonderful to work with! I will use them again!

I’ve been using the house manager for a few years now and am glad they’re there to help out with tasks at home. I’m rarely home, so it’s nice to have someone coordinating house tasks for me. Definitely recommended for busy people:)

I've used The House Manager for handyman interior and exterior repairs, fence construction, plumbing issues, small home renovations, and exterior home painting and gutter installation. They did a great job and always follow up on the small details. Highly recommend the team.

So far so good! I am using The House Manager for a complete bathroom remodel. They handle all coordination with the different trades (floor, plumbing, demolition, etc.). The project was scoped out with dates and a timeline and estimates (all available online for you to view). Communication is excellent. I’ve always been able to get ahold of someone and get an answer to my questions or address my concerns.
We’re halfway through the remodel and it’s going on track with the timeline that was given to me, and the work has been excellent!

I have worked as a contractor for The House Manager and it has been a great experience all the way around. Cat shares the same values that we do of truly taking care of our customers and providing a professional white glove treatment to every single one. They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process which kept everything going very smoothly. We have used The House Manager for two different projects and had a great experience both times. With just a phone call and a couple of text messages our jobs were set up and scheduled for us. The contractors who arrived to do the work were friendly and professional.

I have been a customer of the House Manager for several years. They have always done great work at a fair price. Also, unlike many contractors I have worked with, their folks show up when they say they will and complete the work in a timely fashion. One last, but very important thing- they are wonderful people who are genuinely committed to making sure that their customers are 100% satisfied. They are the first folks I call when I have a project around the house.

Great service! Pedro arrived promptly and was did a great job cleaning my sectional, rug, and upholstered stools. He took his time to remove stains. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a very bad experience with just trying to schedule to receive service.
They advertise that their service is to make life easier but out of the “handy man” services - this is the most difficult process just to get a something scheduled!!!

1- I spoke with a live person Tuesday morning, provided details. I thought the details were enough as he said I’d get a quote via email. Then received an email 8 hours lately asking for more details to provide a quote. Shouldn’t the live person taking my request know the details the company needs in order to provide a quote?

2-timing - it took a long time for them to get back to me. I called Tuesday morning. Received several “auto-generated” emails from them. Finally received an email at 6pm that evening from a live person asking for more details. I missed that email because I thought it was another auto generated email. I realized my mistake and emailed back Thursday morning with the details they requested. It’s saturday morning and nobody has gotten back to me.

Is it just me? Or is this just way to much back and forth??? Other times, I’ve called a handy man and things get settled on one call. With this place be prepared for a lot of back and forth and getting a lot of SPAM in your inbox too.

Be careful if you sign up for a monthly plan!! I signed up for a 3 month subscription during the holidays thinking it would be a good idea to help get things done around our new house. Keeping up with this service is more work than less! I was scheduled for a 2-hour handyman service initially. They canceled that appointment and said the first appointment is with Kat. Okay, fine. I had one 2-hour handyman service the 2nd month. I had to reschedule the 3rd months handyman service due to my daughter getting sick. I was then charged for a 4th month without any sort of notification of an upcoming charge, unlike every other recurring subscription we have. You get DAILY texts about approving quotes, but not one notification of upcoming renewals?!? They now refuse to refund that charge even though I reached out immediately to cancel the subscription and the handyman. I also never received the 3rd months hours that I needed to reschedule! Good luck trying to get someone from membership services on the phone. I've called numerous times and left voicemails to not get a return call. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company now. I like to support small businesses, but this business isn't run fairly and I had a disappointing experience.
