I am a residential customer of this company. They do wonderful work. Mr. Tom Bolden prices his service is fairly, comes promptly if you're cooling or heating system is not working. Excellent service in every way

I’ve used these guys through American Home Shield and they are the absolute BEST! They were very knowledgeable and thorough about their work! They were friendly and walked me through the whole process. They texted me when they were on the way and then called once outside. It doesn’t get any better than that. The mechanic knew exactly what was wrong with my Air Conditioning Unit and ordered the part and it was fixed within a matter of days (part had to be ordered). They were so efficient that I specifically asked for these guys again.. for another Unit in my house. (I have a total of 3 units). They were so helpful, curious, kind, and about their business, and knowledgeable! I literally don’t want any other company touching my units other than THIS COMPANY! Keep up the great work! You have some amazing staff! Their unwavering dedication and professionalism is the best that I’ve seen in years!!!

The person answering the phone is very unprofessional and rude. They just serviced my unit 2 days ago, not working fine and they want to charge again to visit. She said that they didn't "touch" the heater unit, but it was working a day before. Very strange...

Owner / officer workers are unprofessional and consume alcohol daily , they messed electrical job up so bad they almost had hire another company to come fix their screw ups. Shady individuals . Poor quality work.
