Josh was amazing at helping educate and get all the work done seamlessly! He helped us get our water heater working again and fixed our kitchen sink! Plus he was friendly and easy to work with!

Alex Coronado came out initially for a toilet repair, but after completing inspection, found a multitude of other issues that also needed to be addressed. He did a fantastic job on the repairs we agreed to at this time. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues

Blockage that I failed to clean myself was removed quickly and efficiently. On top of this Bedford inspected the piping with video camera and pointed out for a potential problem place in the pipes. All faucets and toilets were inspected as well as water heater. All of it was provided the same day I called in, which is probably faster than my insurance could do and for the same price I would pay through insurance and get less service.

I had my kitchen sink and garbage disposal replaced. Jordan couldn't have been better...he explained everything he needed to do in verbage I could understand! He was fast, efficient, and really friendly. It's workers like Jordan that make me happy I always go with Milestone.

Had a serious plumbing clog in the kitchen but Austin did a great job!! He took time to determine where clog was and got it unstopped! Grateful to Milestone for responding quickly to our need and charging a very fair price!

Milestone sent out Savian who is a warranty technician. It’s not often that a company will go over all the possibilities of a complicated system but they did. Savian checked and rechecked my fan motor and the motherboard and found the issue. He explained to me what he did to fix the problem. I’m happy and grateful that he was able to fix it in time for the upcoming cold front. I would definitely recommend him and Milestone.

Our technician Jonathan was incredibly helpful, professional and surprisingly quick. We called into Milestone for a second opinion for a drain clog and not only did they come out next day, they saved me an astronomical amount of money and fixed my drains in less than an hour. I truly could not recommend their services more.

Your technician Justyn Challis performed the winter check up on our furnace and AC unit. He was very friendly, very professional and thorough. We appreciate his work and time.

Appointment was easy to make. Cody showed up on time, Milestone gives a GPS map showing where their tech is. Friendly, plain language explanation of what was being done, some possibilities of what could be done in the future, a full written breakdown of everything. This was my annual maintenance and it was no charge for anything.

Daniel was so prompt and courteous! He spent time with my sellers and I and went above and beyond what his inspection call consisted of to perform! Highly recommend!

We had a water leak in our home and temporarily relocated to a rental home while the repairs were being made. The company showed up to sand the hardwood floors when we discovered we needed a two twenty volt plug. We called Milestone and explained the urgency. Milestone sent Nathan over and in under 30 minutes, the sanders plugged in and we were back on a schedule that was intended to get us back home by Thanksgiving. Milestone was quick, efficient and Nathan was professional, polite and interested in making sure we were satisfied customers.

These days in any business, “Customer Service is King.” Milestone gets it. At the same time, comprehensive product knowledge is equally as important. Today, Milestone and their service technician, Austin Arredondo surpassed all of my expectations. Good on them!

My HVAC was Luis He was very professional knowledgeable of what was going on and what needed to be done. Kept me well Informed of what he was doing and what needed to do in the future. He also scheduled my next appointment with who would be able to replace what needed to be replace. He was very polite and honest awesome service.

Alex from Milestone came to do an electrical inspection of the home. Most everything was good, but three of the smoke detectors weren’t operational anymore. They were over ten years old. He took his time and explained the options and supplied us with a quote. He was very knowledgeable.
