STAY FAR AWAY from this company. They left us hanging THREE times on our Airbnb where they were supposed to clean and never came. Making us have to cancel reservations three times losing THOUSANDS of dollars all to only get a half apology, it continue to happen and for a free clean. No compensation for the loss of income or anything. Since it’s happened 2 times this time I confirmed a week ago about the same day check out and check in for our guest today coming all. The way from Michigan. And yet they arrive to a dirty house. No one showed for the third time. No one will respond to phone calls or texts. Also numerous other times I have had to send them proof that it wasn’t cleaned properly and they had to send someone to reclean. This company is not professional and not reliable. Stay away from.
