Marques is 2nd to none when it comes to plumbing service. I've hired him on several occasions over the years (cleared clogged drains, replaced shower assembly, toilet installation, replaced laundry room water supply piping and valves). Whenever there was an unexpected snag in a project, he went the extra mile to find a solution (including climbing onto my 2nd story roof). Marques' expertise, perseverance, fairness, integrity and honest communication should put anyone at ease if they are looking to hire a plumber!

Used Mark to replace a water heater... IN MY ATTIC of a two story house. Hardest thing about hiring someone is finding someone that's professional and that you can trust but Mark checks both of those boxes. Mark did a great job at a great price and I highly recommend!

I called out Service Time Plumbing after calling many other unresponsive plumbing business in Keller. They were quick to come out and did everything possible to fix my sewer blockage. Marques is a stand up business owner! Look no further, this is the type of company you want to do business with.

Mr Johnson has been very good to me and my family over the past years regarding all of my family's plumbing needs. Dealing with emergency flooding from my washer machine system to an issue with my toilet. Long story short.. He does it all! Hard working...reliable.. and most importantly a spiritual man. We have used Marq three times now and plan on using him again and again. He was the ONLY plumber to respond to our calls for help during the great snow-pocalypse of 2021, the ONLY plumber to answer our call after hours when our shower started backing up sewage in our house, and even took the time to answer questions over the phone to try and help us free of charge.
