Prompt and professional service. This Laredo heat is brutal so I needed a quick install with quality HVAC equipment. I received that from one day to the next with a new system and an efficient and knowledgeable team. They knocked it out in less than 3 hours. They looked like a pit stop team at the Indy 500! 👏👍. Well deserving five star company. Their ratings are high for a reason. I called first thing in the morning when they opened asking for their help in repairing my AC unit that just went out in this horrid heat. We are a family of 5 with three littles ones, and we were nervous about the upcoming 110 degree day. Even though they were completely booked, they managed to squeeze us in within mere hours! Their professionalism, their responsiveness, their work, and their punctuality is of top quality. To top the great service provided, their prices were very fair and reasonable. This is how you run a company my friends. One of the best companies out of any company I’ve dealt with in Laredo!

After our first attempt at a fix was not successful, I had Norway recommended to me. The repair was quick, professional, and at an appropriate cost. He made certain our issue was resolved. As a result our positive experience with Norway encounter several months ago, we called them first as were having a different issue. I called yesterday morning and a service team was here in the afternoon. We needed the outside unit replaced, and again, Norway provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Less than 24 hours later, our A/C is functioning perfectly.

Guillermo provided ease of scheduling, prompt response, and assurance of completion of services requested. Orlando and AC techs are professional, experienced techs that do a great job! They even came back to the site on the same evening when AC was not fully restored and resolved the issue on the same day. I had a fantastic experience! The service exceeded my expectations. The tech was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Very professional, and the guy who answered gave me all the information I needed to know, he was very nice and helpful. Once I made the appointment, Not even 10 minutes later, the guy got here to my house.
My a.c. unit wasn't blowing any air, couldn't get it to work, but now everything is fixed, so thank you Norway company and the guy Daniel who got sent to get the job done. Thanks again and I really appreciate the service. 🙏

Very quick response to our residence and knowledgeable about how to fix our A/C problem . In less than an hour the problem was fixed . No complains here on my part . The Best of the Best in my book .

Excellent and prompt service. The technician was very professional and arrived on time. Prior to his arrival, we received a text advising us that the technician was on his way. The text also included the name and photo of the technician. Very happy with the service that we received.

First time using this company and it was a good experience. I had already had someone else check/fix my unit and they had to come back twice because it stopped working. The third time he came out he didnt fix it but still charged me $60 just to check it and tell me I needed a new unit. I decided to call Norway and they came out the same day I called them and gave me a free estimate and 2 quotes on what my options were. They came out the next week to replace my outdoor unit and charged me exactly what they said they would. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We waited a week for another company to show up only to realize they had no intentions of showing up. Our AC unit died on Friday and Norway came out on a Saturday and replaced our unit. The technicians were courteous, professional and fast. Norway made this purchase and installation flawless. I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed. They are extremely fair on pricing and truly take care of you as a customer. Thank you Norway Air Conditioning!
