Evan was awesome! He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us some great tips to help keep our home cool and energy efficient. Cool Atmosphere is a great company all around, highly recommended!!

We had Cool Atmosphere install our new system a few years back and have used them for our annual system check ups ever since. We had Jacob come check out our system and he was very professional and courteous. All of their techs that have come have all been awesome. We recommend Cool Atmosphere for anyone that needs service.

How refreshing to have an honest and trustworthy repair service. Thomas came out to service our broken blower motor and gave me every instruction necessary to fix it myself, saving me hundreds. When my capacitor went out a few months later he offered the same, but I was happy to pay him for his services this time as I knew he deserved it. Oh and did I mention they responded both times on the day-of via direct text, and arrived with a fix on the same day!

From the knowledgeable office staff, to the installers, to the service techs, the customer service Cool Atmosphere is top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system install.

Used Cool Atmosphere for 1st time today. Christy was very helpful getting me set up for the service and the technician, Evin was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. My unit was repaired and cooling again very quickly. I’d high recommend Cool Atmosphere for your HVAC needs.

My 91-year-old friend, an Air Force veteran living in Leander, had his AC break down. A company recommended by his home warranty came out over a week ago but didn’t fix it due to a lack of parts and no follow-up. He went a whole week without AC. Great company. Have used multiple times and have always had a good experience. My A/C unit broke down today. They responded same day. Technician came out early. He was professional, friendly, and very clearly knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing. Resolved my issue in just over an hour and vowed to come back out ASAP if for some reason the fix did not "stay fixed". Price was incredibly fair. I wish every service company was like Cool Atmosphere.

Just got a new HVAC system installed by Cool Atmosphere. I got few quotes from different companies and so far this one was the best - they offered a lot of different options and the best prices. Work was done quickly and clean. Workers were very respectful to the property also.

We recently had a central AC system stop cooling. I called Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air. They had helped in the past and I knew I could depend on them. The technician scheduled a visit the same day. When he arrived, one of the worst storms hit the area. He patiently waited in his vehicle as the massive storm passed by. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was left without power. He rescheduled and came out when power was restored. The system was diagnosed, and several solutions were proposed. The job was completed quickly, on time and in a professional manner. The main office and the technician were easy to contact. I highly recommend Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air for any of your AC/Heating needs.
