Great and immediate response. Work was completed efficiently and effectively prior to 10:30 AM.Technician ensured system reboot and coordinated thermostat for both temperature and humidifier prior to his departure. Wine Cellar is now working efficiently without additional attention and activities as a home owner.

Very pleased with this company. Jennifer got us on schedule on the same day I called and Ty showed up and did a great job explaining the problem and getting us up and running very quickly. I will definitely call them again if I have any more problems and when we install a new system this fall. Thanks Schneider mechanical.

I called Schneider Mechanical because they had great reviews and were local which is important to me. I had a response within 24 hours and an estimate for a new system within 48.

The estimate was very competitive and we received a fair discount for paying with a check. They were at my house within a week after signing the agreement. The techs were punctual, professional and worked very clean.

I am in the construction industry and know how challenging it can be to find quality contractors. We couldn’t be more pleased with the Schneider Mechanical team and would highly recommend them to anyone that is having HVAC issues.

Called Schneider Mechanical in the morning after my AC went out the night before. They sent Jimmy out within a few hours. Jimmy did an excellent job fixing the issue (drain pipe clog), made recommendations for future upkeep, and the price was a lot less than I expected. I appreciate the great customer service and getting my AC back up and running before I melted in the August heat. I'll be using Schneider Mechanical for my future AC needs!

This place is amazing. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We contacted Schneider Mechanical by email at 0600. Brandon Schneider returned my email by 0630. He was able to squeeze me in that morning before his first appointment. He showed up about 0900 and was able to replace a part and get my AC going by 0915. Super nice guy and super professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in crisis.

My furnace was acting up and called Schneider for service. They were able to come out same day! Noe was knowledgeable and worked through the system to diagnose. All the staff I worked with were helpful and friendly, will definitely use Schneider for any HVAC needs in the future.

It’s a shame that I’m not able to rate this company higher than Five Stars. A/C was going out, and we were roasting inside our home. I called two other “reputable” companies to give me an estimate. With doing minimal research into the issue, both companies made snap judgments that I needed a whole new system. The estimates were as high as $10,000. Of course this didn’t seem right to me. I called Brandon Schneider at Schneider Mechanical, and he came out immediately. After thoroughly reading into the issues, he advised me that I did NOT need a new system as the others had advised. He told me he needed to order a part and that he was confident it would fix the problem. And if not, he would dig deeper and find out what would. It took a few days for the part to come in, but luckily we had a few days of cool-ish weather and weren’t sweating to death. He came out as soon as the part came in, installed it, and BOOM! A/C blowing cold as ice! And still is. He fixed my A/C, AT A FRACTION of the cost it would’ve been had I not made that call to Schneider Mechanical. Brandon was prompt, courteous, professional. He respected my wishes that we communicate via email as I’m not able to be around my phone at times because of work. Answered every email immediately. I can’t say enough about my experience. Customer service and integrity are lacking these days....and Schneider Mechanical makes it their mantra. Brandon told me that he treats every home like it is his own, and does what he would want done if the tables were turned. You can TRUST these guys! Thank you again Brandon.

Richard was the best technician I have ever had. I will request him every time

I had Schneider Mechanical install my new AC unit a month or so ago. It was time to replace my older unit so I began the process of trying to find a reputable HVAC installer. The first two quotes were definitely in the appropriate price range but I was very surprised at the candor of some of these companies. There just seemed to be an arrogance you might say. One of the companies that came out to quote actually took the panel off my ac unit, leaving wires exposed and just took off for another job leaving all the screws etc on top of my ac unit just laying there. When he called a week later to ask if I was going to use him, I explained the situation to him. He had totally forgotten about leaving the system torn down and apologized. Nevertheless, I finally came across Schneider Mechanical and was impressed from the very beginning. These folks are super well organized and really have it together. They were affordable, informative and simple to deal with. My unit was quickly and professionally installed in no time at all. What a fantastic company. Hire with confidence! Thanks again guys and gals at Schneider, you rock!

The team has always been diligent with maintaining regular maintenance. I don’t have to remember, they do. And we have some unique filters that require a special order, and they always ensure the filters are available. Again, I don’t have to remember, they do. And when we have had a repair issue, they respond to my request literally in minutes and I have always experienced a “same day” response. They are polite, professional and extremely efficient. I’ve done business with them for five years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A new technician provided fall service today. Ty was on time, but more important, he spent the time to correct some issues that had developed in our systems. He went the extra mile, as this outfit does on a regular basis. I can’t recommend them highly enough and Ty is just the latest reason I put my trust in this company.

I have a 5 port York/JCI mini-split system that I have had problems with for over two years. The previous company that did the original warranty work was just terrible and we had to stop working with them.

Fast-forward those 2 terrible years and I found Schneider Mechanical and requested to talk to a tech before they visited, so I could explain the issues and the failed work of the previous company. Steve called back and we spoke for 20 minutes and I could tell that this guy knows how to troubleshoot/find & fix problems.

On Steve's first visit, he identified the issues and had everything resolved and working in a couple hours. No more errors and shutdowns! It just took the patience of a great technician.

A couple weeks later, Steve came out again to re-route a drain line. The work and the expertise just shined. He had pin-point precision, removing the tiniest amount of drywall to re-route the line.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We needed a new HVAC when we purchased our house. Schneider Mechanical came highly recommended and we can see why. They worked with us to select and install a system giving us options with the efficiency ratings to make the choice. They are now maintaining the system, and our the first visit was on time and very professional. I think we are definitely getting the high quality service we paid for.

Quick response time, professionalism and honesty will keep me coming back to Schneider Mechanical anytime I need assistance. My issue was resolved within a matter of hours - Brandon and Fred are the best!

From the visit to evaluate my struggling HVAC needs to the end of the installation, I found Schneider employees to be people of their word. They shared available options, gave me a fair price on a good product, followed through on all the appropriate installation promises, and billed me exactly the amount I'd been quoted. The installers were skilled professionals. I recommend them.

What a GREAT company! Jennifer had the technician arrive early/on time so that I could be at school in time for pick up. Ty, was professional and thorough.
