We have been using Air Zone Experts for several years now. Adrian replaced our original HVAC system which builder installed which was faulty. Have continued annual maintenance with them because they are honest and reasonable and stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company.

Adrian does a great job. I signed up for his maintenance service, and he has delivered above my expectations. He is a great a professional, charges are decent and most of all, he is an honest contractor - something hard to find... I hands down recommend him for any HVAC needs.

Adrian and Air Zone Experts have been a lifesaver! I have never worked with someone in this industry who was so concerned about treating customers fairly and providing excellent customer service. He is willing to come out on a Sunday at no additional charge. His pricing is fair, and his maintenance program is an excellent value. He takes great care of his maintenance customers. He just came out on a Sunday morning to fix an issue with my heater at no charge! How many businesses these days offer service like that? I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our AC went out yesterday. We called Adrian first thing the following morning and he came out. Fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Cleaned the radiator and checked the pressure. He was awesome. We signed up for his maintenance which was VERY reasonable. As we were outside discussing everything my neighbor came out and signed up as well. Adrian was great. I felt he was honest, quick, and knowledgeable. Very happy we found him.

My heater was not heating my home. So I called several companies in the area first thing that morning to see if someone could come out ASAP. To my luck, the only one that was available was Air Zone. Adrian came to my home in less than an hour. My home temperature was 61 degrees. It was cold as a polar bear toenails. Needless to say, Adrian went straight to the furnace and found the problem and reset the furnace. After that my furnace was working again. Adrian explained to me what the problem was and told me what I needed to do to prevent that from happening again. He only charged me for coming out and nothing else. Very good experience, and he was a humble guy and very knowledgeable. As a military veteran, I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. 5 stars!!!!

Our AC was not cooling well and I was not at all satisfied with the way the tech sent by our home warranty company diagnosed this issue. They didn't even cared to check the unit in the attic and just refilled the freon whenever we complained about the AC. Enough I decided and contacted Adrian to get a second opinion.
Adrian did a complete evaluation of our AC unit with $0 service charge(the big 2 companies charge you $$ for evaluation) and found our evaporator coil was leaking. He educated me how the evaporator coil will look when it's leaking and few more details on what needs to be done while replacing the new coil.
Decided to replace the coil and Adrian gave the best quote as against my home warranty company( who wants me to pay $xxx out of my pocket) .

The work finished by Adrian is top notch and the best part is he gave one year annual maintenance as part of the installation.
If you want a trustworthy and skillful technician no better person than Adrian. And his price is also very reasonable. I have my reservations on companies who charge you for visiting to diagnose the issue in the first place.
I will never call for any other technician other than Adrian for my AC as long as I live in Frisco area. Great customer service and skillful technician. Highly recommended!

Our AC stopped working over the weekend and I was recommended to a company that won’t be able to come out until later in the week. I am so glad to see the Air Zone Experts truck on my way to work and call to make an appointment. Adrian was able to come out first thing in the morning and I thought I would need a new A/C unit since it’s 25 years old, but Adrian was very knowledgeable and took his time to find out exactly what caused it not to run and answer all my questions. He found out that we have a 5-month-old daughter and know how important it is to have AC running again so he was determined to go look for a replacement part to get our AC run again. After the AC ran again, Adrain took time to show me what I needed to do regularly to maintain the AC unit and even did the follow-up a couple of hours later to make sure the AC unit was still running smoothly.  I would call Air Zone Experts again in the future for any HVAC services and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs their HVAC services done and doesn't want to break their bank account and get the job done. Thank you so much, Adrian. You are such a lifesaver, especially with this Texas heat weather and our daughter.

Adrian is phenomenal! Had a minor issue with my AC unit and Adrian was able to narrow down the issue and resolve the problem for us. He is honesty and won't try and upsell you on things that aren't needed. I would highly recommend Adrian for any of your HVAC needs. Thank you so much for your help!

Adrian is an amazing person and HVAC technician. It’s extremely rare to find an honest man that has the knowledge and care for customers that I saw today. While others were quoting large sums for similar electrical furnace work, Adrian completed it quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call him in the future.

Adrian was on time and very through with my AC unit concerns. I could not of had a better more pleasant experience. From speaking with his wife at 7pm on a Wednesday to interacting with Adrian. He was professional and did not try upsell me things that were not needed.
