I had an electrical problem in my main panel inside my home and used Logo Electrical for this issue. Mark the owner was just awesome. So when I had another electrical issue arise I knew just who to call. Mark is reliable, professional and his prices are very reasonable not to mention he is just a pleasure to talk to. Mark has no problem answering questions and explaining everything in detail to a tee. I have never seen anybody have that kind of attention for detail as Mark does. His knowledge of his field of work really shows. I have used Logo Electrical now four times.The work Mark has done for me include, fixing my electrical panel, new power pole and box, whole house surge protector and changed out several breakers in the main box inside my house. Mark you are a life saver!! You have a customer for life thank you!

I found Logo Electrical through a Google search, and received proposals from a few different companies for our scope of work (EV Charger, Floodlights, Panel upgrades). The initial walkthrough/estimate with Mark was extremely thorough. Not only was Logo price competitive, but the quality of work and timeline of execution was top notch. Both Mark and Isaac were great to work with.

Would definitely recommend using Logo for your residential electrical projects.

So my wife and I moved into a new build community in Magnolia TX and the house basically just came with recessed LED lighting everywhere and pre-wired LED lighting that could eventually have fans installed - but no fans except for 2 of the rooms. Clearly we had a need for an electrician to upgrade the lighting fixtures of the house and install fans in all the applicable rooms.

We had Isaac from Logo come over and help us install 6 ceiling fans, wire and install a porch light, replace or install 4 junction boxes, install 2 chandeliers, install a flush-mount light fixture, and he wired a 1 gang light switch box for us. Amazingly, he got all of this done within a single day.

Isaac was able to easily point out problems he encountered during installation (e.g., 3 of our ceiling fans that we bought turned out to be defective and one of the chandeliers we bought was missing a mounting bracket). He was easily able to recommend replacement parts from the hardware store and we were still get everything installed within a single day.

Isaac is a legit pro - watching him work as an electrician is almost like an art. He is extremely efficient at what he does - and his quality is superb. He even offered to clean up any debris after he finished installing everything - and he powered through lunch to get the job done.

After he finished installing everything, everything worked exactly as requested and intended. He has excellent listening skills and a wealth of electrician knowledge that he openly and willingly shared with us for our benefit.

As far as price goes, electricians aren’t cheap because they are licensed and insured - but despite that infamy of electricians, Logo’s prices were fair and reasonable given the exceptional quality and customer service that was delivered to us. They even offered us a slight discount because of how much business we were giving to them.

Logo is also very flexible on scheduling - they will work with you to show up at your convenience - and they are very punctual - if they say that they are showing up between 8:30 am - 9:00 - expect arrival at 8:50 am.

It’s also a small business and family owned.

In summary - we have found our reliable, affordable, and quality electrician, and any time we have further electrical needs I know exactly who we are calling for repeat business!

Contacted Mark to ask about some wiring/outlet repairs in the house and shop as well as installing some additional outlets in the garage. Got an appointment right away, technician went right to work and finished timely. Fixed everything we'd requested and gave an estimate for the outlet installs - was able to do them same day. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Thanks so much, Mark!

Logo has been working on the electrical issues in my home for some time and their work is wonderful! Mark always provides a great explanation of the problem and the solution! After searching for an Electrician I came across Logo Electrical with all these great reviews and decided to give them a shot. Well they did not disappoint! I don't write reviews but was so impressed I felt compelled to write one. I was in need of someone to diagnose and fix my flickering lights in my kitchen ceiling fan that was also connected to all my recessed lights. It wouldn't do it all the time just off and on. I was getting very concerned because even my switch started getting warm. I was in need of someone asap because I was afraid it might catch fire.When I called to schedule an appointment Courtney the receptionist was very pleasant and got me in the next day on a Saturday first thing in the morning. The owner Mark showed up and was very professional and on time. I was very Impressed just after speaking with him and explaining what was happening he already had a good idea of what the problem was. That comes with his 40 plus years of experience I'm sure. I found him very upfront and reasonably priced WITH NO hidden price gouging either. I really liked how he explained everything in detail right down to what was causing it. Mark took the time answering all my questions in detail.I can honestly say Mark showed me he truly cares for his costumers and the work he does is just outstanding. He was not in a hurry and didn't try to rush the job. He took his time and made sure everything was done right and wanted to make sure I was happy with it all. I called Logo late one afternoon to discuss the issues that I had with 3 electrical outlets and they were able to send someone out early the next morning to fix them. I had an issue where my electrical boxes and studs were cut out of the wall and the outlets were just hanging through holes in the drywall that the contractor cut out after he installed a built in bookcase. My primary wish was to secure the most visible outlet as I was told by other electricians that nothing could be done to secure any of the outlets without a stud. However, Isaac was able to secure all three electrical boxes and also offer different options on how to improve the cosmetics. I was very pleased with his work as the repairs took about 20min in which other electricians took longer than that just examining the issue before telling me there was no solution to my problem. I highly recommend Logo! They are professional, responsive, and provide excellent service at a reasonable rate!

I recently hired Logo Electrical Services for a GFCI replacement, electrical panel replacement, and electric car charger installation. I was thoroughly impressed with their work. Not only did they complete the job to a high standard, but they also came in way under budget, which was a great surprise.

Logo Electrical is the way to go 100%

Was in dire need of someone to repair my shorted out refrigerator plug. Isaac came out within two hours of calling them and got it repaired. I will call Mark and his guys back again to perform maintenance sometime soon. It was nice to find someone who is dependable.

We just bought a house built in the 70's and were having electrical issues. Our home warranty company sent an electrician to check it out. After his 2nd trip out, he wanted to do a wire trace, but needed authorization from home warranty company.
I was referred to Logo Electrical Services for another assessment on the issues. I spoke to Mark and he asked if anyone had suggested to call our electric company because he thought it could be on their end. Our electric company came out that day and Mark was right. They saw the problem coming from their lines going into our house and fixed it, not costing us anything. Mark's advice saved us possibly thousands that we couldn't afford being on a fixed income.

After the tree service we hired managed to have a tree fall on our power line, which in turn took out our power and pulled the breaker box and meter off the house I was frantic. Seeing that Logo is so highly recommended and was also open(it was getting late) I called. Mark answered, quickly put me at ease and was at my house within 40 minutes. Not only did he and his team have me back up and running the next morning, but Mark went above and beyond for us personally. What a caring individual! Mark is the real deal! I had 3 other electricians to quote and troubleshoot my issue and got bad intel on aluminum wiring on my old house. I was quoted thousands on a pigtail solution that Mark’s team debunked. Mark and Isaac did a great job not only fixing my issue but finding a jbox that no one else was able to locate. I appreciate Mark’s honest opinions and he really is a rare find in Houston. In a world of big companies that dominate this area, with plenty of bogus reviews and inexperienced techs, I am so elated to find an honest company that is doing the right thing and not trying to upsell the customer on solutions they don’t need.
