We just moved into our new home and had a stressful situation when our electrician accidentally hit a water pipe while drilling through the wall late in the afternoon. Texas Star Plumbers came through in a big way!

They were able to dispatch two excellent technicians, Pedro and Daniel, on very short notice. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They quickly assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done, and took care of the entire issue efficiently and without any unnecessary delays.

Thanks to their fast response and expert work, what could have been a major headache turned into a smooth resolution. We truly appreciated their calm, friendly approach and how well they handled everything under pressure.

We will not hesitate to call Texas Star Plumbers again in the future. Great overall experience — highly recommended!

Daniel did a fantastic job today repairing a damaged backflow preventer on our fire station. His skill and know how saved us a ton of money and got us back in service faster than I expected!

They did beautiful work and completely cleaned up the work site. I also really liked the technician tracking app which let me know when they would arrive. I was very pleased and will use them again.
