We had an outstanding experience with Omega Steam Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Company. This company has been around since the late 1990s, and it absolutely shows in their knowledge, professionalism, and experience. They’ve clearly evolved with modern cleaning methods and technology while still maintaining the kind of customer service that’s hard to find today.

From the beginning, they took the time to educate us on carpet care, stain treatment, fabric protection, and long-term maintenance solutions instead of just rushing through the job. They were patient, flexible, and even willing to wait for us to return home so they could walk us through everything that was needed in detail. That level of professionalism and customer care meant a lot.

Not only did they clean our carpets, but they also cleaned several large area rugs and helped identify additional issues affecting the carpet overall. Rather than upselling, they provided honest recommendations and practical solutions to help extend the life of our flooring and upholstery. Their expertise in stain removal, deep steam cleaning, odor treatment, and fabric care was obvious throughout the entire process.

Their scheduling flexibility, reliability, communication, and attention to detail were excellent. The team arrived professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The carpets looked refreshed, smelled clean, and honestly felt renewed afterward.

Omega steam did an awesome job on my carpet. He got out stains that I wasn't sure would come out because I had tried to get them out with the rental machine from Kroger. He came with one day notice and his price was really reasonable for 5 bedrooms and a living room.

I had the carpet in all 5 bedrooms, the hall way and the stairs cleaned by Omega Steam, and they came out better than I ever expected. They also cleaned my tile and grout in my entryway, kitchen and bathroom, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I am beyond please with how professional they both where and their attention to details. With a dog and two boys, I will definitely use this company again! I feel like I have a brand new home!

I was worried about the extensive stains I had in my carpets and thought I would have to get my carpet replaced. I called omega hoping they could help me. Such wonderful customer service. Very quick and informative. He made my carpet and rug look brand new! I didn’t think I could get the extensive water stains out but he sure did! So beautiful! Thank you! And a price that I couldn’t believe was so affordable and more than fair! I’m referring everyone to him! And will be using him in the future!
