These guys are GREAT!!! I called with a question, about a problem with my hot water heater, and Colton answered my questions directly and held the part I needed for me until I could get there to pick it up. You just can't beat good old fashioned customer service.

We had a horrible experience with manufacturing defects by Vortens tanks in our bathrooms. Colton couldn't have done a better job of hunting down biscuit color tanks for us to get them all replaced. He was able to push manufacturer and get new ones quickly. He also hooked us up with a great plumber DNA. Great job! Now we have functioning toilets without worrying about our house being flooded with water.

I wanted to remodel my bathroom and decided to buy Kohler faucets. I started researching and figured out the Moore offers best prices even when compared to Amazon and other sites. They were very professional and guided me throughout the process of ordering. They ordered product from Kohler as it was not in stock. It arrived with missing parts but Garrett Carter from Moore immediately called Kohler and ordered a replacement. Garrett managed it very professionally and efficiently. I was so impressed with the service Garrett provided that I placed a second order for vanity lights and again I got the best price. Thank you Garrett and Moore for exceptional customer service.

Alyssa was astounding incredible capable patient personable charming when we did our kitchen and master bath renovation in 5/2023. We had an issue with our kitchen Kohler trinsic faucet 2/2025 (the iron magnet rusted to hell) and while sweet Alyssa wasn’t there - Nico? Or Nick … I’m so sorry (I just love Alyssa - like I could be the president of her fan club … but it just got weird, right? ! ? ! Ha ha ! Lolllll) was astounding and he saw to the warranty with his rep. We are so delighted and trust MOORE endlessly! Thank you for having such an incredible team!!!

Checked end around 6:30, back side of the building ,first door, got out around 7:30 . You can park on the street 2 or 3 trucks and then the street facing the unloading area You can park on the one side next to the field about two or three trucks

Nice people. Make sure the you have an appointment and be here on time. Also be prepared to wait. They normally unload you by hand. The reviving area is tight as you can see. Be patient 🙏 and relaxed.
