Toby Duncan, Precision, is a solid choice to rely on for your specialty roofing repair/replacement. From my “public adjuster” viewpoint, Toby has proven his extensive knowledge of Ludiwici Tile roofing, Slate roofing, and Copper roofing. He knows the product materials, their components, and their installation. I put his knowledge up against anyone in the specialty roofing industry. More importantly, you will find Toby’s integrity to be unwavering.
Again, a solid choice.

We live in a 101 year old house that is listed on the National Historic Register. We have done extensive restoration on the house keeping authenticity as the priority. Toby Duncan was instrumental in the entire process of replacing the Ludowici tile roof on both the main house and the carriage house. Toby was very straight forward and the project was completed on time with zero problems. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Toby to anyone.

The upshot of this review is: Call Rick Copeland (Precision Construction and Roofing) and use them without any concern about ANYTHING going wrong.

I have used Rick and Precision for repair on roofs on two homes. The first, was a cold call (after I had nearly selected another contractor). Rick closed with "let me earn your business". That was such a genuine … and accountable offer that I was moved to select Precision. One never truly knows what the road not selected might hold, but I can say without any doubt that I cant imagine that it could have ever been as good as my initial experience. Rick coordinated everything from the first visit with insurance, to coordinating with the gutter work, to the final walk through and clean up. They showed up on time, did much better than I expected, found some damage that wasn’t immediately obvious, obtained a supplemental, and finished on time. One could not really ask for more than that: A fair price and work that exceeded my expectations.

About a year later we found a different home. The home inspection revealed some hail damage. Of course, I called Rick. Now my story is going to start sounding like I might be compensated for the review – I am not, in any way.

This claim was going to be a tad more challenging. The claim was with the current owner and his insurance company. It was clear that the owner was interested in as little out-of-pocket cost as possible, so I insisted on using Rick and Precision or the I wasn’t going to buy the home. Rick accepted the challenge and explained to the owner that his goal was unreasonable, in fact illegal. Since three interests, each with a different goal were involved, it must have been a nightmare for Rick (but he never once said as much). The insurance company wanted to spend as little as possible, the owner wanted to send as little of his money as possible, and I wanted it done right. Needless to say, there was discussion after discussion … after discussion to get it sorted out. In the end, I was AMAZED! The home is a million dollar house in a community of more expensive homes and I am confidant in my belief that my roof is superior in finish and appearance to any other composite roof in the community. Rick’s commitment to make it something that will bring me joy was ever-present. I felt as though he was treating it as his own home, and he wasn’t satisfied until it exceeded my hopes.

I hope not to need roofing work again anytime soon, but if I do, I will certainly call Rick Copeland and Precision Roofing.

Excellent customer service. Was very pleased with Curtis Ward, his extended knowledge of the entire roofing process and getting my claim approved made the entire project smooth seamless. Curtis went above and beyond helping me understand the insurance process involved in my claim.

Five stars aren’t enough! Our experience with Precision Roofing and Dennis Williams could not have been better! Dennis is an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, very personable and always accessible. The workmanship and work ethic of his crew was outstanding! From start to finish they exceeded our expectations! The whole crew was a pleasure to have at our home!

They maintained a very clean work environment throughout the 1 ½ day project, and left our property and neighborhood as clean as it was when they arrived.

David Frush with Precision Construction and Roofing was recommended to me by a friend after we had some hail damage to our roof. David came to my home, gave an estimate and explained the process. He was very helpful and professional. All went according to plan and I'm happy with my new roof. I hope we don't get any more hail storms but if we do and I need to replace the roof again, I'll definitely call David again.

I didn't have any work done by the company because the sales guy that came to inspect my roof in McKinney, Toby Duncan was honest and told me that I didn't have any damage from the storm. I had others come out before Toby and was told I did have damage. I really appreciate the integrity shown by Toby which reflects well on his company. When I do need a new roof I will be giving Toby a call.

My friend and myself recently had our roof replaced by Precision Construction and Roofing. Adam was amazing, he was professional and very easy to work with during the whole process. Both of us would gladly work with him again and have recommended him to our friends for any future work they may need to get done. Matt Irvin came to our house and explained everything thoroughly regarding our hail damage and options for a new roof. Because of Matt’s extensive knowledge of the entire roofing process, the whole process was seemless and painstakingly easy from our standpoint. Matt took care of the insurance estimate, tiles ordered, delivered, and had an outstanding crew show up to replace our roof.
Our new roof looks unbelievable. I was skeptical when Matt showed up at our door but I’m happy I listened to him. He is wonderful and I highly recommend Matt Irvin and the entire crew at Precision Construction and Roofing.

Great job getting my roof replaced after the hailstorm. Everything was completed on time when they said it would be. They helped me with the insurance claim, and they did a quality roof replacement. We contracted Precision in January 2017 to replace the roof on our house. David was a fantastic point of contact through the entire job. From working around the weather to keeping up communication with the insurance adjuster, David put us at ease and helped walk us through the process. He was very thorough and open with us, explaining in detail other items on the home that may have been damaged as well. He also gave excellent explanations of what repair steps we could take to meet both our budget and keep the house in good shape. We will definitely be calling on Precision for other jobs in the future!

Our experience with Precision Roofing was exceptional. They replaced an original 70 year old Ludowici tile roof with a beautiful new one. They are professional I need every aspect of the process from flying a drone over the roof to show us the damage to completing the copper gutters to our specifications. We worked with Matt Irwin from start to finish and he always answered our questions and concerns with caring and attitude that we, the customer, were his most important concern. We would highly recommend this company!

My tile roof was destroyed in a hailstorm. The original tile was made in Italy and due to supply chain issues, sourcing the replacement tile from Italy was not an option. Fortunately, Precision has its own manufacturing facility and was able to replicate the original tile. The Precision Roofing Specialist that I worked with was Matt Melrose. Matt was a pleasure to work with..responsive and professional. The job was finished on time and on budget. I can wholeheartedly recommend Precision!

The first time my house got hail damage the company I hired did the roof and then took the money and ran with out fixing the rest of the damage. the second time I talked to Toby Duncan from Precision and couldn't have gotten a better job done! He worked with the insurance adjuster and kept me informed, and also made sure the job was done properly. I will always recommend Him and the company he works for!

Can't say enough great things about this team that replaced our roof! Brett & Robert were wonderful to work with. They were both friendly, professional, efficient, responsive and made sure the job was done thoroughly in all aspects. Their communication was spot on, never leaving us waiting or chasing them for an answer. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers from start to finish. Just one example, the hammering on the roof broke off lots of foam installation in our attic that it looked like it snowed everywhere. Brett personally went in the attic & cleaned up all the debris. I would highly recommend this company & this particular team of Brett & Robert!

I have dealt with several roofing companies trying to get insurance to pay for a new roof. I ended up having to pay cash. Precision was with me through the process. I will say their communication and follow up was first class. They kept me abreast of the process and were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Not to mention the quality of their work was great. I would definitely use them again and refer to my friends.

After strong showers last week I found a slight leak around vent. Precision had someone out the following day to repair the leak. Not only did they repair the leak, but also the minor ceiling damage it caused. Everything was done less than a week. In my 57 years of living, I have dealt with many contractors. I have never seen anyone guarantee their work with such outstanding customer service. You have gained a loyal customer. We will use them for any construction needs based solely on their credibility and customer service. This is a trait you rarely see these days!!

Andy & crew did exactly what he said they’d do, on time & at the price quoted. He was competitively priced, communicated perfectly, and all was cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend him, his company & crew.
