I remember it like it was yesterday lol. Jason was referred to me by a contractor that was giving me a quote for my siding. He told me Jason was the best. At a time when everybody was getting screwed by roofers, contractors, and handy man meeting Jason was a blessing. He was extremely professional and most importantly he was awesome at following up. He followed with me and my insurance company until the claim was over. He did an amazing job. I will always refer 12 Stones Roofing to my family, friends and clients.

We had damage from hailstorm and called 12 Stones. We dealt with Clayton and had an excellent re-roofing experience. Did not realize the Industry had designed a Class 4 shingle, specific for hail (130 mph wind, too). We live on the Bay and it requires some extras due to salt environment. They were ahead of me, knew exactly what I needed. Even doing a few things over-the-top. 5 Stars, 12 Stones! Thanks

Isaac Franco was our representative, and he was reliable and very professional.The pricing was fair and reasonable, with numerous tile colors and roofing designs. The roofing team was not only prompt, but exceptionally efficient, and our roof looks great!

Went on vacation and came home to a beautiful roof! Jason was great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. Stayed in constant communication and sent pictures of work in progress. Highly recommend using 12 Stones and their great team.

Greg Davis was very professional and honest. His team showed up on time and replaced my roof. The roofers replaced the old roof with a new quality material. The team also picked up all the old material that fail on the ground. They begin & ended on time. This was an easy & wonderful experience. I would recommend 12 Stone to replace your roof.

Outstanding company. I left a message through Google and Isaac promptly responded to me. He came over the next day working with my schedule.

I know nothing about roofing, I had a plumber over and he told me I had a roofing issue, so Isaac showed up and diagnosed my problem immediately.

They scheduled for a Saturday and got to work before their estimated time of arrival and did all work amazingly. Ivan even painted my vents on my roof.

I cannot recommend these people enough; honest, knowledgeable, fair pricing, excellent work.

12 Stone Roofing performed a great job on our home. Greg Davis, (Project Manager) did a thorough inspection , provided an estimate, and even suggested which type/ color of shingle that would compliment our home the best. I was extremely amazed and pleased with the workers finishing the job so quickly. The owner, Jason, also visited our home upon completion to ensure that we were happy with the results. In my humble opinion, my house has the most beautiful roof in Riata Ranch....Houston, Tx.

Beautiful roofing work and everything was charged exactly as quoted! 12 Stones impressed us with their conscientious crew and careful oversight of our large residential roofing project. They made our job a priority and carefully supervised the labor. In the end, they did a nice job cleaning up after themselves and collecting nails. We would recommend this company to anyone needing a commercial or residential roof.

Matt came to give us an estimate on the damage of our home from a recent storm and we were blown away with his kindness and willingness to explain exactly what he was doing and looking for. Such a professional with a passion for his job. Anyone looking for a new roof, please ask for Matt. You will not be disappointed.

Due to significant hail damage "totalling" our roof we had to get a complete replacement roof. And much like most of our fellow community members we vetted many roofing companies. Many companies used by our neighbor's and we likely would have used.
In the end we decided to work with 12 Stone Roofing. 12 Stone Roofing is a Veteran owned and operated company. They have a A+ certification with the BBB and after much digging (and trust me we dug) we couldn't find any bad reviews in them).
Since both my husband and myself are Veterans we strive to support other hard working Veterans. And this time we were not disappointed. We are not easy people to work with either. 😂
The project manager we worked with Tommy Tavarez made himself available at a moment's notice when I called him, which was pretty much all the time- I had a lot of anxiety about the process. 😬😪
Our roof was replaced in one day and they were very careful not to damage our yard. I specifically asked them not to place any ladders on our grass and they complied. During roof replacement the owner himself came out all the way from Houston to meet us. He is a prior service chaplain. We were very pleased to get a chance to meet him.
After our roof was completed they did our neighbor's roof and got nails in our yard and came over two weeks later and cleaned everything up, no questions asked!
Given the chance (hopefully not any time some) we would work with them again.
I think what we admired the most about Tommy and his crew is that they were straight with us. How much everything would cost, if we wanted gutters, what the fee would be for that too. There wasn't a hidden agenda.
I feel anytime you get ready to write someone an 8k check you can get nervous but they answered our questions and ensure we were comfortable the entire time. Most importantly, even if they got annoyed with me asking questions they kept their cool around me!😅

It all started with a hail storm and a friend. The hail storm happened at the end of May. A few days later I saw a post from my friend recommending 12 Stone Roofing if you need a roof replaced after the hail storm. I wasn't sure if I needed one or not so I called Jason Roberts from 12 stone roofing and told him I would like him to check my roof to see if it needed replacing. He came that same afternoon and got on the roof and took pictures of the damage he saw. After he finished, he confirmed there was damage and that I should contact my insurance company which I did . The insurance made an appointment to come and inspect the roof. When he arrived I had him talk to Jason who detailed the damage he saw and the agent agreed. That afternoon Jason was back to help me select a color and sign a contract as well as show the superior materials they would use to install my roof which included shingles with a lifetime warranty.

Jason kept in touch with me after that by text and we set a date to do the work The great news was that they were able to start sooner than expected. I cant say enough about the crew. They were all polite and all worked hard even though the weather was hot. They even protected my box woods with a tarp. On previous roof replacement the contractor had the supplies delivered the day before and I was always concerned that someone might steal them. With 12 Stone the supplies were delivered while the crew was already removing the old roof. The new roof was removed and replaced all the same day and the yard was thoroughly cleaned afterward. Towards the completion Jason was there inspecting their work and making sure everything was done right. My wife and I were very pleased when they were done

!2 Stone Roofing is a great company dedicated to serving the community with a great product and great service. Jason Roberts is dedicated to serve the community as he believes God wants and it shows. Jason and I are now friends on Face Book because he is a great guy both personality wise and his work ethics. I will recommend him to anyone in our area that needs a roof replacement. In fact my neighbor across the street saw the work and had his roof replaced not long after mine. Thank you Jason and 12 Stones Roofing for a job well done

12 Stones Roofing did an incredible job on my roof. They were very conscientious about getting everything done right, and definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Jason and Mark were wonderful to work with, as was their team. Highly recommended.

Wonderful company, very professional. I got the pleasure of working with Ivan Flores. Right from the start he told me about the companies values and how they conducted themselves. That bit of information alone had my mind set on who i wanted to do business with. Not only did they finish within a day, but Ivan took a lot of pictures of what they did and how they did it. He kept me informed the whole day on what was going on and the progress they were making. If you ever have any roofing needs, this is the company I would recommend using.

I had a roof/patio extension and roof replacement and 12 Stones roofing exceeded my expectations. I dealt with one contact the entire time(Greg) he arrived the next day after I called with a carpenter to inspect and quote my project. Greg got back with a quote quickly and the bid was lower than the other companies. Throughout the project, Greg communicated every detail and showed up to the project to check on progress and address any concerns. I’m very pleased with the quality of the roof and the professionalism of 12 Stones. After the project was complete, the owner, Jason showed up to look at the work and stayed and chatted with me. This company is top notch; not only the quality of their work but the type of people working there. I highly recommend.

Could not be happier with our 12 Stones experience. Jason was extremely polite, attentive to our needs, and straight forward about the whole process. He helped us pick a design that we LOVE and goes great with the existing colors of our home. The team was done with the entire roof and clean up in one day, which I don't think you can get anywhere else! Jason Roberts and 12 Stone Roofing came highly recommended. Jason arrived shortly after I called about hail damage. He then assisted me with filing the insurance claim and explained the entire process in detail. He helped us select the materials for the job and answered all our questions. Jason at 12 Stones Roofing was amazing. He and his team did a great job repairing my roof. He helped me obtain financing. I also needed him to put a hole in another section to vent a gas water heater. He made it look great.

Outstanding quality, workmen very courteous and professional. Jason Roberts Project Manager is very knowledgeable of their products, we actually purchased the impact resistant shingles because of where we live which also gives us a discount on our homeowners insurance. I highly recommend 12 Stones Roofing!
