I can’t recommend Richard at Aqualux Carpet cleaning. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, came out same day and made our carpet look as good as new!

We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and the customer service. I have three kids and a dog, and now my carpet looks and smells amazing. Our technician was prompt and kind and from the start of our appointment to the end it was about an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

After all of this rain we've had, 3 dogs and 2 kids, I never thought my carpet would be salvageable. A neighbor referred me to aqualux and I spoke with Richard on the phone. He worked with my schedule and set a time that wouldn't interfere with my work. The technician showed up exactly on time and went right to work. He pre-treated the really bad hi traffic areas and noted that they were pretty bad, but felt confident that he could get them clean. He was right! My carpets look great and I will be using them again before the holidays to get my two large rugs cleaned.

Richard came out to help me with an emergency (dog vomit on brand new - supposedly treated) wool rug. He cleaned the rug and got the stains out and retreated it for me. He was really knowledgeable and very kind (as I was very upset about the stains). His price was very fair…the results were very good! I highly recommend Aqua Luxe!

Aqua Lux came to our office when another company failed to make their appointment. They did a fantastic job! They were able to schedule us in last minute and gave us a more than fair estimate for the job it took to get our carpets done. Richard has 20+ years of experience and knew exactly what our carpets needed. I would highly recommend them again! We are so grateful they were able to come out and meet our needs last minute and have done a fantastic job. There were stains we weren’t sure were going to come out but Richard knew exactly what to do and worked effectively and efficiently. I was so surprised at how quickly he was able to get the job done! We could not be more thankful!

I had a carpet cleaning booked took a day off work only for someone to come and say he has to leave to help another party. Very unprofessional and would not pick up the phone would not reccomend unless u want to waste time
