My experience with Lex Air was fantastic. Jorge B. was on time, polite and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves and made the whole experience painless.

They did a great job changing the circuit board within 24 hours. I was very impressed with their after hours attendance to complete the job ASAP. Thanks to them, we don't have to spend another cold night in peak winter.

LEX Air took good care of us. Paul was especially knowledgeable and helped us understand every step of the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Omar came out and went above and beyond to take care of our units! He worked hard to get the outdoor unit all cleaned up so that we hopefully have a couple more years of it working. Super grateful for Omar and his knowledge and diligence to keep us running and comfortable.

I just wanted to switch my thermostat to a smart home WiFi enabled one but the installation needed to be while some other work was going on in the house. Jose worked well and efficiently in less than ideal conditions. All is working fine.

Great working with Paul on the quote (very competitive) and questions and Jorge B and team on the installation. They were excellent through the entire process. Jorge B and the install team did an excellent job doing a full replacement with ducts in 1.5 days. They were careful, courteous, and professional and kept me informed and aware throughout.

Reece was kind, detailed and patient through all steps of our visit. Great experience with Reece and Mason, would absolutely recommend the team and Lex- Air.

Alex was excellent. He really helped us with our air-conditioning and we appreciate all his good work and information.

I’ve used Lex Air for years and they have always been very professional. My most recent technician (Jose R.) is incredibly thorough in his inspection and takes the time to explain all of the trouble areas that we should be concerned about. Highly recommend Lex Air and their team.

I am very happy with my new Trane heating and A/C system from Lex! When my old system stopped working, I needed to replace it right away. I called on a Friday morning and was able to make an appointment for John to stop by the same day for an estimate. My new system was installed promptly on Monday and is working great!

Greg F. from Lex-Air A/C came to do maintenance work on my new A/C system. He was timely and as usual his personable self. He’s great about detailing what he plans to accomplish on this trip and then goes about his business. I appreciate having the same technician every time.

Reece is a very competent and conscientious technician. He explained the problem and provided multiple solutions.

He suggested one change, we agreed to have it done. and he called the office to set up the appointment. We are very pleased with the plumbing work done by Chris and Randy. They are knowledgeable and skilled, and happily for us, figured out how to solve a challenging problem with our bathtub pipes in the wall. They came for our Cool Club "plumbing checkup," but I had mentioned a problem when we scheduled them. Everything got fixed, and when they left, all was spotless.

Greg F. from Lex Air did a fantastic job with my bi-annual tune up for my HVAC units. He demonstrated expert knowledge, providing recommendations to keep my units working smoothly during the hot Texas summer and upcoming winter. He definitely put the customer first and would highly recommend Greg and Lex Air for anyone looking for air conditioning and heating services.

This is Kirk, also a customer of LEX. My wife and I are close friends of Patty, owner of the residence where the work was performed by Alex P. Patty called us because of an odor in the house that smelled like someone was smoking a cigarette. After observing the odor I called LEX Air to have a technician meet me there on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival, Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a plan to correct the issues. Upon knowing that Patty will be selling her house in a month or two and moving out of state to be with her children, Alex quickly focused on the immediate corrections needed, as well as being respectful of Patty’s financial situation.
Today, on Monday, Alex P showed up on time and on his regular day off and proceeded with the work. The work was completed within the time frame established by Alex. Alex was very professional, respectful and kept us informed during the entire process
Peace of mind and trust for Patty. There is no better form of company advertisement as what was provided by Alex!

My technician, Jose Morales, was very pleasant and personable. He took his time with the project I had and answered a lot of my questions. He understood my concerns and didn’t try to talk me out of anything, which I appreciate. He’s an excellent service person along with being a very kind person.
