Nik, a true professional. I asked for a 2nd opinion on the extent of root damage to the main drain line of my home. Unlike the 1st plumber Nik wanted me to be involved in the investigation of my problem. He was transparent in his findings and went so much as to repeat his process and educated me on his tools. IMO he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed as to what and why additional measures were required. One more positive my dogs liked him! No I am not AI. Feel free to contact me 😎

Nik and Josh were the ultimate professionals. They were very conscientious to not bump the walls of our home as they brought several pieces of equipment in. They were very diligent and worked through several scenarios to get to the root of the problem. They also were wonderful in explaining everything they were doing.

Nik came out to fix our garbage disposal and tankless water heater. Previous company came out a month ago for the tankless water heater and couldn’t figure out the problem. Nik went above and beyond to find the issue. Turns out there were dirt dobbers nest blocking the vents. We appreciate your help!!! - Brittany Francis

Great service!!! I received a repair and it was done amazingly !! My problem was fixed in no time and the two men, Nik and Josh who fixed my water pressure were amazing! Extremely transparent, hard/good workers, and were extremely intentional and patient while solving the issues! Would 100% recommend this company if you’re having any problems with water pressure, plumbing, water heaters, etc! They take their time on repairing things all while getting it done quickly at the same time…. It’s everything you would want all in 1, and you can’t beat the price!!! DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND!!, THANK YOU JOSH AND NIK!!!!

Nik and Josh were great! Very professional and skilled at their work. They found an issue left from a bad contractor that tried to hide their mistakes that caused a leak on my bathtub faucet. They fixed the leak, replaced the faucet with a new one and re-caulked everything back. Will highly recommend them!

Blake Parker is a wonderful service technician. Our house had lot of plumbing issues and Blake fixed it thoroughly. He is a thorough professional. I would recommend Blake for all complex issues to be resolved

After Staggs plumbing came through and screwed up the job and after charging us $700 dollars we called Horizon plumbing. A guy named Cody came by fixed the issue that Staggs plumbing quoted $6500 for ( yes you heard that number right) in 5 min and said it was too small a fix and he wouldn't even charge us for it. Companies like Horizon plumbing will go a long way as long as they charge a honest price for a job at hand. We need more trust worthy companies like this.

Our tankless water heater died the week before Thanksgiving and they managed to fit us on the schedule and complete the install of a new unit the day before Thanksgiving just in time for guests! Zane and his helper were quick and quiet with the install. Zane communicated through every step and even when they needed to leave for additional material. They tested every faucet in the house before leaving too.
Update: We needed up with a pipe drip right after the install and Zane came out to inspect and provide a temporary solution to get us through the weekend.
We are thankful for the service and quick turn around of things and highly recommend Horizon Plumbing!

Zane and Horizon Plumbing were punctual, thorough, professional, and courteous in replacing our water heater. They identified & communicated mistakes left by the previous plumber who installed the last water heater 10 years ago and explained how they were correcting them. They also took the time upon completion to explain the functionality of the new water heater & possible upgrades and ensured we had hot water before they left. The installation is clean and I highly recommend which is saying a lot because I’ve worked in residential new home purchasing for the last 20+ years.

Zane came out this morning and took such great care of us. Our tankless water heaters had stopped working and when he came to fix them, he was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with them almost immediately and fixed them fast. Just a great professional and honest. Our units are almost 15 years old so we suspect they won’t last many years longer and when they finally bite the dust, we’re calling Horizon. 10/10 stars.

The technician worked very hard to install the unit in the location that worked best after consulting with the vendor. Came back a second day to finish the hook up and checked back after completion to make sure we were satisfied. Cory took his time to make sure it was done right and that we were satisfied.
