Outstanding Job. I had water coming up from the floor, I called Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and the promptly sent out their locate team. They determined my leak was under the kitchen floor and suggested a re route would be the best repair. They came back next day around 8 a.m. with 2 crews and had the repair done by 2 pm and cleaned up and left my house clean. Great job and I highly recommend them and their professional job.

Plano Plumbing came out the Monday after Thanksgiving when my regular plumber was too booked. Jack and his team located the leak and did a quick fix to get my restoration company to work. He returned a few days later and did the permanent repair to my satisfaction. Jack communicated well via text and arrived on time. He pulled in the needed resources to get my plumbing fixed. Working with my insurance claim, Plano Plumbing was able to update the invoice with the breakouts needed to itemize my claim.

Plano Plumbing/Leak Detection responded promptly two days ago when we discovered our water and gas bills shot up recently indicating a slab leak under the house. Mario, the tech sent on our job, quickly located the hot water line leak under the slab in our garage.

We decided to go with Plano Plumbing and the plumbing reroute option because who needs the noise and mess and repouring of
concrete after drilling into the slab to find and repair the leak? Mario and crew just left after rerouting the line through our attic to the water outlets in the back of the house. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. We are very glad we chose Plano Plumbing and the reroute option. Can't enough about Mario and his crew. We've finally found a plumber we can rely on.

My parents had previously used Plano Plumbing for their water heater and a slab leak and were very satisfied, so when my water heater broke it was a no brainer to call them. Even though they were very busy, because my parents were previous customers he got me in the next day (I called after 6pm so next day would be the absolute best I’d expect from anyone). He had me take pictures of my unit and text them to him so he knew what he was working with and would have the right parts with him when he came. Came, installed and left within an hour. Easy to work with and very pleased with my experience.

My kitchen sink leaked pretty bad. I called Plano Plumbing and Jack tried his best to arrange the service on the same day. Mario came and he immediately detected the problem. Very good! Highly recommended. I am keeping their name card just for future needs.

We had a hot water slab leak, and Plano Plumbing did the leak detection and repaired our water leak. Very happy. Extremely fast response, highly competent staff and great work!

After discovering we had a leak in our front yard that was flowing down the street and not visible, my husband called several plumbers. Plano Plumbing & Leak called us back promptly, and scheduled an appointment to come out. They arrived on time, found the problem, communicated the next steps, and fixed the leak. They were fair, honest and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Plano Plumbing came out quickly to detect a potential leak. They were extremely helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend them! This is the second time we have used them in the last month!

Plano Plumber was excellent. They were on time and did the service ahead of schedule. It was quick and efficient. They cleaned up and left our place immaculate. But the best thing was their creativity: The leak was under the slab but they came up with a solution to bypass that pipe and not break into the slab. They hosed from the water heater through the walls and hooked up to the correct pipes. I don't know the exact details but it worked... and a lot less expensive. Loren R Johnson.

Plano Plumbing is a wonderful company! I called and within and hour two plumbers arrived at my home. They quickly found the leak and were to remediate where the issue was. They kept their workspace very clean and were great to work with. They also helped write an assessment for our insurance. Very affordable too! I highly recommend this company they are great to work with! I will call them again if I need a plumber!

They responded to my call and at property within 2 hours, gave upfront description and free estimate., reasonable pricing for a water main leak. Started the job immediately, done within 2-3 hours, explained and showed process every step of the way, very professional and friendly. All in one morning,thanks!

These guys did an excellent job! We had a hot water heater go out and they were at our house within an hour ready to go. They replaced the heater and all the fittings and made it look great. I really appreciate the attention to detail. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. We will be using them again whenever we need a plumber!

There was an angel on my shoulder when I was referred to Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection. I woke up New Year's Eve Saturday to step into flooded carpeting. I called Jack and he came right out and immediately diagnosed the problem. Since it was a holiday, his team wasn't available until Monday, but he turned off the hot water to avoid additional damage. The flood was the result of broken pipes under my slab. Jack, Mario and his team rerouted the hot water lines through the attic and walls. This avoided digging up the slab and additional expense. Jack took the time to explain every step and he and his team were very professional and really took care to complete the job perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. Even my insurance agent commented what an outstanding job Jack did writing up the estimate for my claim.

Jack and his team were great. They found our leak and fixed it very quickly. They also went above and beyond and provided some documentation requested by our insurance 6 months after the work was done.

Jack and Mario were very knowledgeable and helpful. They identified our hot water leak under the slab. Discussed different repair options. Provided the best guidance, which involved rerouting the pipes. Great craftsmanship. Solid work. Really appreciate Jack and Mario helping us out. Highly recommend this team to others.

I sent in a request for a leak detection online. Jack reached out very promptly afterwards and we were able to set up an appointment. Mario came out very quickly and located the leak. He explained different options and pros and cons for each. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to get with my insurance company to see what they would cover and would let them know what I decide. Jack helped me communicate with my insurance to make this process very smooth and easy. After, Jack was able to schedule me in quickly for the repiping. On the day of the repiping, everything was great. Jack and his team did a tremendous job keeping me updated with the progress. After the job was done, they did an amazing job cleaning up. I thought there were going to be holes in the walls and my responsibility to hire someone to redo the drywall. Nope! They screwed back in the drywall which would make it easy for me to patch up. The flooring was clear of debris and trash. I was very impressed.
In all honesty, I hired a plumbing company right before I hired Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection for the leak detection. They were slow, unresponsive and barely communicated with me. This led me to Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection and they will be my go-to place for all my plumbing needs. Thanks!

Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out to my home and found a leak in the pipes under my home. They were able to fit me in to their schedule to get the leak repaired quickly and save me a lot of money! They were very professional to work with and did a great job. Hopefully I won't have any leaks in the near future, but if I do I'm definitely reaching out to them again!

Jack and his crew are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I was able to get an estimate on my water leak repair the same day I called. The day of the repair they arrived on time, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the work. I will be calling them again if another plumbing problem occurs and referring them to all my friends.

Had a water leak in my foundation. Had a few other companies try to do a leak locate and diagnoses with no luck. Jack with Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out and spent almost 2 hours finding the leak. He did a fantastic job. They include a very detailed verbal report. We also had them make the repair our home the next day, the did a reroute of the water line, instead of jackhammering my floor. Should have started with Plano Plumbing & Detection. I highly recommend them.

My attic water heater finally gave up and started leaking. Jack and his crew were able to come out quickly to replace it. The installation was efficient and clean. It was obvious they have done this many, many times before. I'm happy with the Bradford White unit they installed, the quality of work, professionalism and price.
