TLC Cleaning Services is an excellent cleaning company. They have been cleaning my Pediatrics office for over 2 years and have never had any issues with them. Very dependable.😁

I just love tlc cleaning services I started out with 2 commercial cleans and 3 residential make ready’s and hired tlc cleaning services and they went above and beyond on all my places. I’ve used them for over 3years now and I’m now at 8 commercial buildings and have used them on all my residential make ready’s which has been over 48 residential homes I’m still accumulating commercial buildings as we speak and will only use tlc cleaning services to clean my buildings I have referred tlc cleaning services to every client I know and have and will continue to do so.

Let me start by saying outstanding job. I used this company to clean my father's duplex after his tenant moved out and trashed it, was so impressed with the communication and deep clean it was so wonderful. Keep up the good work I will definitely use you again in the future for all my cleaning needs.

We own a group of Condos! This service came in cleaned from one end to the other leaving nothing untouched. (I paid to have everything cleaned) They also sanitized each and every unit. Finally found a company I can trust! Thank you TLC I will recommend you!!

A 1 service , It was a pleasure to see company come after such short notice, for a late night cleaning of 2 of my Air B and B units, that I needed ready for the next day. They cleaned everything thoroughly from top to bottom. Will definitely be using for all my clean up services from here on out. Owner was a complete and utter gem very accommodating and pleasure to do business with. TLC is an understatement Amazing Job.

They never returned my phone call.

Never returned our calls charged 300$. And there was a few places they didn't clean.

My sister hired them to clean our house. They did a very poor job and didn't do the basic cleaning they were supposed to do . Very unprofessional with their communication as we tried to contact them about the job that they did and sent pictures to the email of the manager. This was a $300 cost, definitely a scam company. Beware and make sure to be present when they are cleaning the home

Unprofessional and Scam artist. This company blocked my number and never picked up my call after payment was sent. Sent in multiple pictures of the service that they didn't do correctly to show the manager. Never heard back from them.They Ask for extra money to clean baseboards and didn't clean them properly. My neighbors contacted me saying they look suspicious and unprofessional. Paid $300 and they did not do as requested. Asked for a partial refund, but receive no response. They will definitely receive a response from my lawyer. As I have evidence to these complaints.noticed that every review that's bad they claim it wasn't there fault...Suspicious scam

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! You can see that she stopped responding to a couple of people after they complained about their work. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before hiring them. They literally charged me for a move-out clean, and barely touched the house. I told the owner, Tona Chuita, that it wasn’t cleaned properly. Keep in mind, the cabinets, baseboards, oven, all that were included wasn’t cleaned properly as mentioned. She sent her workers out again, only for them to basically not clean it.

They kept making false accusations and pretended that the house was more dirty than it was. I asked for a partial refund, because they barely cleaned the house. I messaged her, about it and she stopped responding to my calls and messages. Clearly from the other reviews, you can see that she stopped responding to a couple of people instead of working with them. The company is unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend.

I never usually do reviews, but they were unprofessional and from the reviews you can see the way she talks to her clients that complain about their work ethic

These are false accusations. Anyone that knows us, knows that we are cleanly people and the home was never destroyed. I never said I didn’t have pets. I told you I misunderstood what you said and paid you the extra pet fee without hesitation once you clarified. The cats are very very well trained to pee in their litter, and we haven’t had any issue with this anywhere we lived. So this is false. The only reason we hired you all was because we were unable to clean the house in a timely manner. We hired you for a MOVE-OUT CLEAN, which means cleaning the house so it looks like ghe original condition it was in.The floors were not mopped, there was dirt on the kitchen floor.

It would have never be 8 hours of “free cleaning” had your people cleaned it professionally. A cleaning company is meant for cleaning. I had to clean the house myself after they cleaned. She claims the oven was still wet, but it wasn’t cleaned. Per the picture, you can see that there’s oil in there. The stains she claimed were paint, literally came off after I mopped. Just a bunch of stuff that didn’t make sense.

Clients beware!! Tana the owner of TLC is not trustworthy nor do they do a good job! I hired them to clean my second home in preparation of listing on Air B and B and the home is in their town just down the road from where the owner lives. She took full payment up front then sent a cleaner out at 5pm to start cleaning. I drove 1 hr the next day to take pictures for the listing and found that they did not wash the bedding on three beds, did not do a good job dusting or sweeping and left things in disarray not ready to list or move into. I then sent Tana pictures and asked her to send someone back out to finish. She has not returned any of my text or phone calls and is playing the hide out.

You can see that I could write the words Hi in the dust on my two arcade games, Also see the dust left on the floors after I Pre Swept the floors myself, You can also see the 5 to 7 lady bugs left on one window ledge.

I had to hire another company to come back and clean the entire house again!!!! I wasted $180 dollars on her first clean on a 1800 sq ft house. She said it would normally be $120 but she needed to do a "Deep Clean" on the first trip
