The owner Nick, and tech James came out today and got my AC working again!! They assessed everything, gave me a quote, and James came back and got us up and running!! James was awesome, always polite, very knowledgeable, did a great job….and…..HE CLEANED UP THE AREA TOO!!

Super fast service. We needed help quickly and they delivered.

Gabe from Baker AC was an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly technician who spent time and energy showing and explaining to me what was happening with my broken AC unit. He showed up on time, I received both email and text reminders about my service appointment, and the quality of service was great. Would highly recommend this company if your AC goes out in Rockport!

The technician arrived quickly and fixed our heater in about 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and fair. We are very pleased.

As usual Baker AC is the best! Our rental house AC quit running on an exceptionally hot day. Baker had a full schedule but scheduled us in. The technician was excellent and fixed the issue in less than an hour!

Gabe and Carlson with baker AC are awesome. Carlson came by and fixed my ac on my recently built home, some of the issues were under warranty. After a week I called back because although the ac was working the house just wasn’t cooling how I’d like. They sent Carson and Gabe out. Turns out my duct work was totally insufficient. They figured out a game plan and fixed my duct work free of charge. They are both very friendly guys and were really friendly towards my pets. On the second visit I trusted them enough to let themselves in my house without me being home. They cleaned up and after themselves and just acted like regular professionals. As a business owner I believe that half the battle is having employees who are friendly and trustworthy. These guys check those boxes. 5 stars

I was recommended thru a co worker and I called as a first time customer. Had concerns with our daughter's a/c not cooling. Baker made it a point to send someone out the same day that I called. That means to world to anyone that lives in our area.
