Victor with and his team with pool patrol did an amazing job with my pool. They replaced tile, replaced grout and redid the mastic around it. They handled it quickly and he always kept me updated on the progress. Easy to reach if I had any questions. I would definitely use them again if I have any future pool needs.

Really appreciated Victor’s quick response and help getting our leak fixed. He started with the least expensive route to see if that would solve our problem and IT DID!! He did prep us for needing more extensive work, but approached conservatively, which I really appreciated! Ty Victor!!

This company has been absolutely wonderful. I have had quite a few situations where I needed help and reached out to them and they replied immediately! They are big texters which is very convenient, but will also call me and walk me through things (and not chastise me for being clueless!) They will stay on the phone if needed or even send someone to my house at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I have not had my pool for even a year (never owned a pool before either) and I am still learning. Speaking as a person who needs to have their hand held from time to time, I couldn't have made a better choice as far as pool maintenance companies go. If I could give them extra stars I would. They have kept my pool looking beautiful as well - they tell you which day and time they are coming every week and they are consistent 100% of the time. Please try them!!!

We have been really happy with the service we've received from Pool Patrol. We bought a house with a pool that was totally green and had to get that cleaned up and learn all the things about having a pool.
