Bruce was wonderful to work with. His quote was competitive with others I spoke with, even slightly lower. He felt honest to me. He was friendly, efficient, quick. Our AC was down mid-summer and he got it fixed and we haven’t had a problem since. I highly recommend his company!

Justin, Matt and Mason did an excellent job replacing an evaporator coil, installing a Reme Halo air purification system and other general maintenance/repairs on our 2 - 12 year old HVAC units. They arrived on time, finished the job when estimated and explained everything done in layman's terms to assist in getting maximum performance and longevity out of my system. I also signed up for a very reasonably priced maintenance plan to keep everything checked regularly. Highly recommend.

Moving from out of state , I did not know who to call. I am glad I picked this company to look at my heat and air . They have been out several times and every time they were great! They were on time and worked efficiently all while being nice to me. The last tune up on the furnace they even checked the filter and seeing it had just been changed, did not change it again ! Bruce to the RESCUE! I called him after another “big name” company came out and quoted us $11,000 for things that could “not be fixed”. Bruce took care of us for a FRACTION!!! $500 of ONLY the necessary things we needed and we are back up and running- with no dishonesty and schemes to get us to purchase a brand new unit . Our kids will sleep cool tonight upstairs. So glad there are still honest people in this world! THANK YOU!!!

Bruce and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. We shopped around at several places when starting to look for a new AC unit. It is a huge investment and we wanted it to work well. He was not pushy and not trying to upsell. He also wasn’t skimping on the product that he thinks does a good job. He listened to our complaints about performance and explained how we could make it a bit better for a room that always ran hot in the summer. He gave us several options and walked us through the pros/cons of each so that we had the knowledge to decide what is best for us. When it came time to install he had availability quickly. He was present for the whole install. He and his team were timely the day of the install and cleaned up everything when they were done. I didn’t think installing an AC unit could be enjoyable but Bruce made it very simple. Bruce will be our go to AC guy for any further maintenance or when we need to replace our next unit. We have not hesitated to recommend him to friends and family either.

My experience with Advanced Texas Air Conditioning has been excellent! Justin and Matt are outstanding! They have always done a great job of explaining what needed to be done and have taken the time to answer all my questions and even helped me with the set up on my new thermostat (which I love)! Bruce tried to accommodate me for a schedule and was able to fix the issue. He is very kind and helpful.

Bruce came out and diagnosed an issue with our defrost board that was causing heat to blow when on cool. He was able to quickly fix the issue. Appreciate the quick turnaround time and great customer service.

I had Advanced Texas Air come out for my seasonal check for the first time in May. They checked everything, said it was running smoothly, just need some freon, which wasn't out of line. The tech was knowledgable, informative, punctual and thorough. I signed up for their maintenance plan which I felt was a good value.

Yesterday I called mid afternoon because my thermostat was saying 'C299" and not functioning. Bruce answered, I could tell he was at a job and I told him it wasn't an emergency, it was just starting to warm up in the house. I didn't think I would see him for at least a day or two. He stopped by in a couple of hours and it turned out the thermostat, a relatively new Nest, needed batteries. I know he won't always be able to do that but I certainly appreciated it yesterday!

I am thrilled with the customer service I get from Advanced Texas Air. The previous companies I had out either wanted to the replace the unit (that is still functioning well!) or do some maintenance that was at least $1,000. (That must be the tech's sales quota for those companies that advertise so much.)

I had heard about Advanced Texas Air from some friends who use them for both their commercial and residential properties. I highly recommend them!

Everyone has horror stories about HVAC companies. Predatory service calls, overpriced repairs, etc. That's why we looked so long, and talked to many people before we called Advanced. In my opinion, we hit the jackpot. They never tried to oversell us. They gave us great recommendations on equipment. The installation of our new system had a small issue that we discussed and fixed quickly. They listen and suggest, and they do what they say. They come out regularly to check on our new installation. It's full service with no hassles and no stress. Avoid the horror stories and call Advanced.

Advanced Texas Air was a referral from a friend. I had been quoted $4,500 for a repair from 1 a/c company. The tech from Advanced Texas Air confirmed the problem but the quoted repair cost was $1,000 less. I still didn't want to spend $3,500 on a 10 year old system. I talked with both a/c companies about options and ultimately decided a new system was my best option.
Bruce's opinion was a heat pump was the better option for my all electric home. Bruce's price with a middle of the road heat pump by Rheem was better than the furnace/ condenser combo from the other company.
Bruce & his crew arrived on time for the installation. The installation took about 5 hours. The cleaned up after the installation. Advanced Texas Air filed my warranty paperwork. A/c is working great.

We've used these guys for years and they've always been awesome! We subscribe to the maintenance plan, and it's great to know we're all set for the next season. Justin and Matt came out this time and the experience was nothing less than what I've come to expect from this company. Super nice guys and no pressure to do anything unnecessary, just information about how your system is doing and what may come up as the system ages. Totally recommend them!

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Bruce. He sent a technician out and he gave a quote on both to repair and replace the ac. We decided to go with replacement as our ac was 22 years old. There was a misunderstanding with the quote his technician gave, but Bruce agreed to honor it. They were able to come out 2 days later and install the new unit. Install was very professional and cleaned up very well after. I would definitely use his company again. Very seamless and new ac blowing nice cold air
