Reuben was very knowledgeable about the whole AC business. How it was supposed to work properly. Knew the issue at hand pretty quickly after checking the outside portion of the AC. He was able to replace the bad part as he said. It was done in a timely manner. Very professional. He’s my AC for sure now. Thank u

These guys are the best! We had been using a previous big name company who came out 1-2 times a month and charged 400-500$ every time and it would break again every time… started feeling like that other company was scamming us when they came out saying we needed a whole new ac for 17k… We called SubCooling to come take a look in hopes of getting more answers or a better quote and we got education, information and repairs. These guys came in and actually explained issues and what to look for and how to address it, they replaced the actual part that was having the issue and now our AC runs properly and cools the house. Wish we had called them sooner honestly instead of the other company. Any further issues we have or when it comes time to replace the system we will call SubCooling hands down.

Very prompt, needed a whole new AC Unit and company was able to get it installed next day! Ruben took his time with me showed me everything so I understood exactly what was happening, very professional and would recommend this company in a heartbeat!
