I dealt with both Mike and Jason and both were very professional. Jason was prompt on the scheduled the day of appointment, thorough in his work, respectful of the property and reasonably priced. Jason installed a gas cooktop that required professional attention to the gas line. I highly recommend Pelayo plumbing and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Mike was great! He took care of our problem and even showed us how to fix a problem ourselves so we wouldnt have to pay someone else to do it.

Called Mike when I noticed my garbage disposal leaking out the bottom. He came the next day to replace it with a new one. He was great to work with and will definitely use him again for other things.

Had a leaking outdoor spigot on my home. Mike came earlier than expected, didn't require me to be there, and fixed my issue promptly. Was clear on the phone and addressed all of my concerns. Was up front with the price, and came out exactly as quoted. Will use him again!

Very professional and very responsive. I called because we had a water leak in the front yard. It the Saturday before Easter and left a message. I did not expect to receive a return call until Monday since their hours are Monday thru Friday and it was a holiday weekend. To my surprise Mike called me back within the hour. He explained that he couldn't come out until Monday and because of digging in the yard and getting muddy it would need to be the last appointment of the day. Again, I understood completely and told him we would be here whenever he could get to us. To my delight 8:00 am Monday morning Mike was at our front door ready to work. He had moved around his schedule for the day to help us. Amazing customer service that you just don't see very often anymore.

So these guys probably saved me hundreds of dollars. I had had an issue where the back hose faucet was shooting scalding hot water. I had estimates from a couple other plumbers and the general consensus was that it was going to be a $800-2000 job to fix with some random break in the walls, when I called these guys. Michael was on the other line and told me, with a newer house like mine, it was probably just plumbed incorrectly having a pipe going through the attic, where it was heating up. He told me to run it for three minutes to see if it got colder. It did. Four other plumbers missed that and were going to charge me an arm and a leg for what essentially was a non-problem. They didn't do any work, but I love these guys now.
