Talk about service. Bob is amazing. Twice I've found myself with an emergency situation and Bob was there. He is so professional and easy to work with. He takes a bad situation and gets it turned around. We were impacted by the extreme cold temperatures and like so many others in this area, we had pipes burst. We exchanged a few pictures and Bob assessed our situation. He needed us to demo a wall so he could see the inside pipe. Once we did that, more pictures. He was spot on as to what was required to complete the repair. Then, he said he would try to get us on the schedule. And that's exactly what he did. This is more than just about a highly qualified professional service. Its about an individual who is doing his best to help others in the community. Bob did an excellent job installing the faucets, drains, shower fixtures, garbage disposal and dishwashers in our new home. He was on time, efficient, and did excellent work for a reasonable price! Bob is a man of integrity and I have highly recommended him to all of my friends.

A man was driving and got upset in traffic and walked up to my car. I opened my door due to my window being broken so I could hear him. He shoved me in my faced and slammed my door so hard that my window jammed. I called the company to report him but he is the owner as well as the worker. DO NOT TRUST HIM AROUND WOMEN, HE PUT ME IN FEAR OF MY LIFE!

I am surprised by the positive reviews. Bob was indeed prompt when responding to our call for a repair issue. He was in our house the same day and quickly "fixed" the plumbing problem with our bathroom. The issue is that the problem came back within days. When I contacted Bob again to come back and fix it, he did not return my calls, voicemails, or texts. Mistakes happen, but I think it's unprofessional to ignore a client when the service that was paid for was not actually done properly. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves and will not be using this particular plumber again
