We have been using Blue Science for almost a year. My only regret is that we stayed with our previous pool service for as long as we did. Blue Science have provided incredible service at a very reasonable price. Consistent, on-time, professional. Jesse was over today to replace a worn-out pool pump - I was impressed with how patient he was working with some stubborn bolts, and that he was a perfectionist making sure everything was back up, working great and the work area was left in a clean state when he left. I would highly recommend Jesse and Blue Science.

So great; friendly staff, professional services, lots of amazing selection on products, competitive prices, great communication. Blue Science is great with pools, can't keep them out! No green in our pools! Thanks Blue Science for being the best in the business, bringing blue pools beyond beautiful! I like cats because dogs hurt.

I have used Blue Science for several pool equipment issues. The technicians are professional, sharp and very knowledgeable. I have always taken care of the day to day pool maintenance myself, but I have been so impressed with them, that I recently turned that over to them as well. After getting a quote, I only wish I had done it sooner. The cost to have them come and service my pool professionally is not much more than the chemicals cost me when I did it myself. I am very pleased with this company.

I've been using Blue Science for around a year now and I would and have recommended them to friends. Great service... Taylor always leaves the pool looking great and text messages me on how my pool is doing and if there are any issues that need to be addressed.... even if it's something like I need to add water this week. I really like the communication from the company, it just makes it seem like they really care and I'm getting my money's worth. They do random check on your pool to make sure the techs are doing the best job they can do. No complaints... great company.

We used Blue Science for ~6 months during the summer. During that time we had many issues that led us to cancel our service with them. Since then they hired on new leadership that learned of the issues and reached out. After talking about the problems we decided to give them another chance. So far they have been great! Very responsive and attentive to the pool. This is what we were looking for in the beginning. I just wish this team was there then to avoid the original problems.

Luke, who has been servicing our pool for the last ~1.5 months has done an outstanding job! He explains clearly what's going on with the pool and knows how to service a salt pool.

We also had to have a control board replaced by one of their techs, Jeff. He was great too. He explained what was going on and then provided a quick fix.

These professionals are what we as customers hope to get. Blue Science is now delivering that.

We have been very happy with our service from Blue Science. Initially we had a few different technicians come to service our pool and each was quite courteous and took time to speak to me or to text me that they had completed the work or that they had had a concern that may require a call from the service department. Most recently, David Molnar has been especially helpful and has followed up on a small problem with the Polaris and our pool is looking great! Thank you so much. I have confidence in the service from Blue Science and highly recommend them.

It looks wonderful, water feels AWESOME, and I really appreciate your great communication. we are grateful to know that you are on it for us and you do a wonderful job. We have been with Blue Science for about an year and are VERY pleased! Before we had lost all hope in pool companies and was very nervous about trying one more. It was worth it! Blue Science has been WONDERFUL! Our pool was back to sparkling clear within a few days and they worked HARD during those days to get it nice. Recently we had had a small hiccup, and I started to get nervous thinking the are like every other company. Tracey was very helpful and took action making sure that we were taken care of. Thanks to Tracey we quickly discovered that Blue Science is a dependable company that cares about their customers and the quality of service they provide. They scheduled for a tech to come out on a SATURDAY to take care of us. That week our normal tech, Herman was back on our pool and we are happy, because our pool is sparkling clear again and flowing perfect. Thank you Blue Science!

I have to begin this review by saying that it has been a long time since I’ve been as impressed with a company and its personnel as I have been with Blue Science.

Background that you need to know -- It is May in Dallas and the height of “pool start up” time. Our pool pump went out on a Monday evening, 28 days after remodeling work was completed on the pool and we were still working on getting the chemicals balanced. The day the pump failed, we discovered that we needed a chemical added to prevent some real issues with the new interior and it’s a bit difficult to do that without the pump.

I called Blue Science Tuesday Morning to see if they could help to us immediately. Sara was very professional and worked us into the schedule for a service call on Thursday with repairs scheduled for Friday. I was a bit frantic about having to wait that long, but it is a very busy time of the year and I understood her situation. About an hour after we talked, Sara called back and told me they were also concerned about our situation and she had worked us into the schedule for service on Wednesday with repairs scheduled for Thursday!

Somehow my credit card number got written down wrong. I was away from phones most of the morning, but Blue Science called several times trying to get the correct credit card number. Again, I was impressed with their persistence and concern about our situation.

When the technician came to access our situation, he was professional and courteous. I believe it was within the hour that I received the quote for repairs along with a call confirming that I had received the quote and asking if I had any questions. I was not home when the technician doing our repairs arrived, but the work was done when it was scheduled and everything seems to be working fine. The day after our repair work, I received another call from Blue Science asking if everything was working and if I had any questions.

I also contracted with Blue Science for weekly pool cleaning services. They scheduled us right after the repairs were completed so they could assess the situation. Again, the technician was prompt, knowledgeable and answered my questions. Like everyone else, I wanted our pool cleaned on Thursday or Friday if possible. The technician could not work us in on those days, but was able to schedule our weekly service for another day I requested.

I am astonished with the excellent service, attitude, assistance and overall concern the Blue Science team has for their customers. It is certainly a nice experience in a day and time when it seems that many organizations have forgotten what service is all about!! I look forward to a long relationship with the Blue Science team.

Blue Science has the best customer service from any pool service that I have experienced. They are reliable and if you have any hiccups in service they make sure everything is taken care of promptly and professionally. Our new pool tech, Taylor Turner has been excellent! He is extremely thorough in his cleanings and leaves our pool sparkling blue each week! He has consistently showed up on his scheduled cleaning days and sends us a text when he has completed the job. He is courteous, professional and reliable. We couldn't have asked for a better tech than Taylor!

I've only had one appointment with Blue Science thus far, and I'm already very impressed and thankful for their services.

Brian F. arrived on time and was extremely professional. As a first time pool owner, I had a ton of questions. Brian went above and beyond to answer my questions, help me understand how the pool system works, and explain my responsibilities as the owner.

The pool was green when we took possession of it, and Brian already has it back to blue!

Solid company, great maintenance, hassle-free pool experience. Our family enjoys our pool. It's the highlight of many of our summer evenings, and with friends. I've had Blue Science maintaining our pool and had them even perform some intensive work on it. They are solid on the monthly maintenance, responsive to requests, and really a joy to have a part of our family. I'm a new pool owner, and the times I've been a little confused on the pool needs, they've been patient with me as well.

Nate is the lead on my crew, and he and his crew are excellent. Jesse is their remodeling lead and he's solid as are both Nicks from the front office.

I’ve had pool service with Blue Science for over 4 years. They have always taken care of our pool properly. They are quick to respond. We especially like our guy Robert, Rober Hibbard. He always lets me know when he’s coming, I get to see before and after pictures pics and what if anything is wrong with the pool. Thank you Robert.

Daniel services our pool weekly, answers any and all questions we have, & cleans the filter quarterly. Our pool is crystal clear & stays that way. 5 stars for Daniel!!!

We have been using Blue Science for about 2 yrs now and have been very happy with not only the service we receive as well as the customer service. Taylor Turner has done a great job for us and always very helpful with my numerous questions I would have about my pool. When I would contact him with a question or concern his response time was always immediate and he never seemed frustrated with my many questions (as I know nothing about pools). I recommend Blue Science Pools to everyone. My husband is in residential real estate and we have referred Blue Science to our clients.

I want to let y'all know about the amazing customer service/support I received from Tyson (Jonathan). I was ready to leave the company, but have no reason to now that he checked out all my equipment and fixed all my issues. Now I don't have any problems with any blue science technicians. Blue Science has been cleaning my pool for over a year now, and Jordan D is my fantastic pool tech. He always texts when he's on his way, and does a great job cleaning and maintaining the pool.
The field manager and repair crew have always been quick to take care of emergency situations that arise as well. Highly recommend.

1 year update: It’s been a year with Blue Science maintaining our pool. The services are just as great as when they started. We truly appreciate Darian taking such good care of our pool. I never worry that he’s going to do a half job, his integrity and dedication to provide quality every single time is incredible.

The pool cleaning service here in The Colony is fantastic. I’ve had my pool for a while, and the technician comes by every week without missing a visit. Everything is always spotless, and whenever I have a question, I get a quick response. I wish every company offered customer service as good as this.

i've been using blue science for pool service for over two years and i'm really glad i found them. the technician is very honest, reliable, and always shows up when scheduled. when i first reached out, my pool water was green and i'd tried a few other companies with no luck, but this technician got it looking clear in no time and for a fair price. you can really tell they have lots of experience, especially with bigger pools. every week, i get a text after the service is done, so i always know when the pool was cleaned. if there's ever an issue, like the filter needs cleaning or something needs fixing, the technician lets me know in advance and always gives a reasonable quote to repair it. on top of that, when my family was going through something tough, they checked in to see if we needed anything extra. i definitely recommend this pool service if you want someone dependable who does a great job.
