About a year ago, we had Jordan and his crew replace our roof and do a roof extension over the patio. The quality of the work was fantastic. I would use them again for any work I needed done and recommend them highly.

It's rare at this moment for people in the construction and trades business to show up on time, to communicate clearly, to come through with accurate information, but at every step of the process the people involved with Southern quality construction did so. The main person who worked on this project was Mitchell who was chill but really hyper focused about detail, aesthetics, and finding solutions to small product problems!
I could not recommend them more highly. I will absolutely use them in the future. I used timber tech decking material, and they had looked up all the requirements to keep the warranty intact before arriving. Use this company! 😊

I had the pleasure of working with Mason on behalf of my real estate clients on a home in The Woodlands, he was very fair, honest and communicative. I would highly recommend requesting his services personally. My clients were satisfied with the work and I would refer this business for other jobs on behalf of my clients.

There aren't enough stars to do this company justice. Every aspect of the process was seamless and exceptional.
Brandon responded to my request for an estimate to repair a roof leak within an hour. He sent a crew and personally came to inspect the roof. It had to be replaced; no question. A long crack in the stucco was evident, and he worked that repair into the quote. The quote itemized all work to be done and described materials to be used plus the warranty on the shingles. My brother does remodeling and was impressed. The estimate was reasonable. Southern caulked the damaged roof until weather permitted replacement. He arranged everything to work around my schedule. Brandon inspected the work throughout and holds his employees to a high standard.
Southern isn't just a roofing company. They remodel/repair any issue related to the house. They aren't trying to find problems. I had concerns about a TPO flooring on the deck, and Brandon gave me his professional opinion. It's obvious that he puts the customer first and takes pride in both a job well done and customer satisfaction. I can't overestimate Brandon's integrity.
This company is a rare gem in this day and time. I would hire them again for any house repairs or remodeling. I highly recommend them.
