Broc answered the phone quickly and Carl was out at my house in less than 2 hours to do the repair! Carl explained everything to me and showed me the compressor had gone bad. Quickly replaced the part and had cold air again in less than 30 minutes from Carl arriving. Great service!

When i described the issue to him over the phone he knew exactly what the problem was. The company that my home warranty sent out had previously came out to the house 3 separate times over a 5 week period only to tell me that everything was fine. This man had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Second time I've used this company.
I first called them years ago when I bought my house because the A/C unit was not running. Matt came out, checked it for me and found just a small part that needed to be replaced, cost around a 150 dollars.
He was very nice, he explained everything to me, and I knew he was honest because he could have told me there were multiple things wrong, I would not have known any better!
So I called again, this time Nathan came out, he was just as nice, very personable , and knew what he was doing.
Thankfully, again it was just a small problem and a minimal fee.
I will always use True service.I don't think I could find anyone better!

Expeditious service! Called at 0900, tech arrived at 1100, problem fixed by 1300. Was not an easy diagnosis, either. The tech proved knowledgeable and experienced, well spoken with polite mannerisms, and found an inexpensive, efficient means of fixing my issues. 5/5 would definitely call again. Thanks for making my home cold again!
