Very satisfied with the service from FAS. Their entire team is excepcional. César, Fabián, Juan Rubio all of them, and thanks to Elizabeth for being attentive to everything necessary with my refrigeration.

my heater broke last week and it was 20 degree with my 2 kids in the house and i called this company and they were extremely helpful and on time. I talked to cynthia and she explained everything to me and was a really nice person. Really appreciate them and their work would 100% contact them again.

Fabian and his team are very professional and informative. Their prices are very reasonable as we had a few quotes from other companies and chose FAS as they were hundreds of dollars less in their quote.

My wife and I have them maintain our hvac systems and they recently installed a tankless water and new combo on the other side of our home. We couldn't be happier with their services! I would highly recommend FAS for any hvac needs.

Excellent services! This is the third time for a different issue, the problem gets fixed quick and well done, for reasonable prices!

I've been using this company since we bought our house, and from the start they have been amazing with service, timely response and work. Every year I get the maintenance with them. I just had service done on my AC and ALEX R. was awesome, very nice knowledgeable, and quick to find what the problem was!

Got our AC installed and everything was done so professional. Everyone here was super polite and helpful with everything. Jorge explained everything in detail on the installation, the thermostat and the maintenance that needed to be done on our new AC. Would recommend anyone to get their work done by FAS.

I got a new refrigeration unit installed. The process was very smooth. Elizabeth explained the logistics and helped me understand the financial process. All the staff and technicians were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

FAS has been amazing to work with , my home warranty assigned them to my claim and they came out here next day submitted my report within 2 days and unfortunately my home warranty does take a while to process reports but i couldn’t wait so I ended up instead getting a quote from FAS to covert to refrigeration they gave me such a great price and installed my unit as soon as 1 day , definitely recommend 100% !! Best in El Paso for sure !

Cesar repaired our SubZero ice maker with ease and expertise. He is right on time and cared about our freezer as well as our kitchen. The project took two trips as he dug into the ice maker motor and discovered that a bracket had been broken which caused our ice maker to freeze a block of ice in the bucket. Another repair service kept promising they would come and never showed up. Cesar was wonderful!!!

I converted from swamp cooler to refrigeration. Fabian the owner was very professional answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. The installers were very friendly made sure my house was clean and they took the time to explain the new wifi- thermometer that was installed. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and their prices!! If you’re on the fence don’t think about it any longer convert/upgrade best decision ever!

After our water heater started leaking, forcing us to turn it off and be without hot water, we found out that because of the type of system we had, our HVAC was going to need to be addressed in the replacement as well. Fabian came out and gave me great advice and a free quote. We were able to schedule the complete replacement very quickly. Jorge and his team installed a brand-new water heater, furnace, and air conditioner in one day. Elizabeth and the support team were super responsive and helpful. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks so much, FAS!

F.A.S. replaced my gas furnace. Elizabeth, in the office, was wonderful to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and did not appear to tire of my many phone calls. Elizabeth even to care of completing the warranty for me. Erving and Ramses did the installation this morning. They were pleasant to have in the house and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed. I recommend the company and will definitely use them again.

This company did electrical upgrades on two of my properties for HVAC installations. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I will use them in the future for sure 👍

I had professional work done by Jorge who came and installed a mini-split into my detached home on my property. Since the install I have not had a single issue. During the install I was quick to ask Jorge numerous questions on how the system works, what do’s and don’t to look out for and of course how long it would take. The work was completed efficiently and within a very timely manner and without hesitation all my questions were answered and satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism he holds. I would highly recommend Jorge 10 out of 10 times to family and friends.

By far one of the greatest A/C companies I’ve ever contracted. I was extremely worried about the bad reviews and mixed opinions of customers. After finally considering the company, they did an amazing job and their customer service reps were awesome and easy to work with. The technicians are fluent with explaining the issue, and get straight to the point. Highly recommend them.

I had work completed by Jorge on my home for a new A/C unit. The courtesy he shows and the professionalism he brings is unmatched. He respected my home and performed a phenomenal job without hesitation. My work requested was completed within a very good timeframe. All my questions were answered and broken down into a way a person like myself with no knowledge in this line of work could understand and feel comfortable when he left to know everything has been done correctly. I have currently referred Jorge to family and friends based off his stellar performance.

I had no problems with this business, they have excellent call service person Elizabeth, who assisted me with all my concerns. I rent my property, so all coordination was done through Liz. Technician arrived as scheduled and fixed some major breakdown keeping my tenants happy. Highly recommend this company for your AC related needs.
