I was able to make an appointment for the next day. They were friendly and quick. My carpets look and smell great! I will definitely be using their service again (which might be soon since I'm potty training my puppy).

Excellent service. I called them on Monday afternoon during Thanksgiving week, and they were able to fit me in the very next day. Service was professional and well done, the price was affordable, and Xavier was very nice. The smell is AMAZING. By far the best smelling carpet cleaning I've ever had.
They use truck mounted service which was exactly what I needed. I can't wait to have them back next time! :)

Unitex came in below cost of competitors, was able to schedule for next day, came on time, and did a nice job cleaning and deodorizing my carpets. They were very polite and professional, and made sure I was happy before they left.

I had booked my first appointment within 5 mins. After I inquired about their services which was great customer service to get a fast reply late 8pm. I had my carpet cleaned a couple days ago and it was a great experience. The gentleman was very nice and my carpet looks spotless. It was very quick which was great, specially after I saw the results. I will use their services again and highly recommend them.

I found them in Facebook. I received a quick response! The day of my appointment the technician was on time and super friendly! I have 3 dogs 3 kids and a goat...my carpets haven’t looked this good since the day we moved in! I was able to give payment easily over the phone and even the lady who answered was super helpful and friendly. All around 10 out of 10. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ♥️

We’ve got a large dog and a lot of foot traffic on our downstairs tile that was in serious need of a deep clean. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and on my schedule, which was great. The floors are nice and clean again, finally!

The technician arrived within the timeframe promised and was very nice, polite and professional. Got the duct cleaning done quickly and efficiently, vacuumed, removed his equipment and finished our business. Repeat customer for Unitex carpet cleaning and I’m still impressed with the responsiveness and superior customer service. I texted asking how soon they could be available I was given a next day appointment, price quote, & with 2 hour window. Manuel showed up within the first hour and got right to it. We even asked for extra service to the rooms and he explained the price increase in detail and got right to it. He did a fabulous job. My carpet looks brand new and my house smells delicious. The whole experience was great. The technician, Ivan, called me 30 min in advance and came on time. Did all 4 of my bedrooms in a timely manner and they looked/smelled awesome. I got a deep cleaning done in the master and two stains from dog were completely gone. Very professional and would recommend to anyone!

This company was able to fit me in into their schedule the same day! The technician Armando was very friendly and quite professional. I scheduled a appointment and they came out the next day, and earlier than the time predicted! The gentleman who provided the services was very polite, and thorough of what he was going to do.
