We had a new ac/furnace installed by True Pros earlier this year and it has been working fantastic! This summer has been the first in a long time that I haven't worried about air conditioning problems. Now that it is getting colder, we had them come out to service the furnace for the cold weather. Ty came out the same day I called, cleaned everything, made a couple adjustments on the thermostat, cleaned the outside heat pump, and got the furnace ready for winter. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Now I think I am going to have them come out to service our fireplace. True Pros are the best!

My family and I were so fortunate to come across this company. They gave a a realistic time frame between the hours of 1-3 and technician John Patrick was there to save the day. Our home went from feeling like a sauna to an ice box. I requested the photos from our inspection and he sent them right over. Very professional service and great price! Would recommend this company to anyone who asks 😁

This young gentleman, Kysen
was incredibly polite, respectful, and efficient. He flushed our tankless water heater to help extend its lifespan and also cleaned our A/C unit. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean and in great shape. We really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge — highly recommend!

Replaced inducer housing covered by warranty. Paid for labor only. Work done quickly and courteously.

Katy and Brandon came out to give me an estimate for a mini-split in our bedroom. They came out quickly and got it installed that week. Ethan and Cannon were great installers. Ethan was able to point out some problems in our current hvac system in the attic that we would never have known. Thank you True Pros we will definitely call you out for any future hvac needs. They even offered to service our gas fireplace in the fall.

I love True Pros. They up front and honest and do an excellent job I have them do the annual a/c and furnace check up. Today Chris came out. He was super informative and very helpful. He even went as far as to point out some water where our furnace and water heater are. He helped us brain storm possible issues. I would not hesitate suggesting this company to anyone.

Ty and Rich stopped by to get maintenance plan enrollment underway and check out why our 2007 system conked out. Professional, thorough, honest. Did a great job, and happy to be under their wing. We know we need a new system soon, but there was no pressure, just education and dialogue. Got the current system back up and running. Definitely going to True Pros for all my future needs.

This was our second visit from True Pros and we will definitely be continuing to have them return! Ty karsaba was our service provider today and he was great! Helpful and friendly, even our dog warmed up to him!

Earlier this year, we had True Pros install a new central A/C unit after our old unit (28 years old) finally gave out. Honestly, I had forgotten about a free tune-up that came with buying the new unit. But True Pros had not and they were adamant about providing this free tune-up, so we made the appointment and Chris & his trainee Raegan showed up and performed the tune-up. We had a few irregularities in our system and Chris had some suggestions to make everything work a little easier or better and offered some possible solutions and quoted us on some prices. My wife & I could hear Chris training during this appointment and he was so knowledgeable and such a great trainer to Raegan that even we learned a few things just by overhearing his explanations of certain things to Raegan. Later on down the line, when we can, we’ll probably take him up on some of the suggestions he had to make our system more efficient. Thanks a lot, guys!

I had an exceptional experience with TruPros and their specialist Koby! Great pricing and the customer service was incredible! Koby was wonderful and incredibly knowledgable while he walked me through everything he was doing and provided some great tips. His customer service and friendliness was top notch, and I would highly recommend True Pros to anyone after my experience with Koby yesterday!

What an amazing service business to use for AC/heat repair. I found True Pros online and chose to contact them based on reviews. I received an acknowledgment email within a few minutes. The next morning I was contacted by phone and then a text when I didn’t answer. The communication is very well played out from the initial scheduling to the moment technicians are on site. Paige and Colton were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a nice job reviewing the work that was necessary and completed. Pricing was on target, which is always a plus! We will be using them again and appreciate the sticker reminder we were provided.

Thorough. I have not actually used their service yet or their product but at this point, I would give them high ratings and definitely recommend them

We just moved into our house and the AC and furnace were old and had not been tuned. We called and were expecting a typical salesman experience, but were pleasantly surprised by the technician (Ty) and the professionalism and knowledge that he showed. While he was there we mentioned that the fireplace wasn’t working, and not only did he quickly fix that, but also cleaned and polished the glass!

Super happy with our experience!
