With temperatures in the high 90's, Ryan and Justin installed both a new furnace and ac unit at my new listing. OH, did I mention the condo is on the third floor and the ac unit is on the roof. A crane had to bring the ac to the roof....these two started at 8 am and finished just short of 4:30 in a sweltering afternoon, working tirelessly to get both units installed. They did an amazing job. New carpets were tarped and the condo left spotless and cool.

Harry Biswell knows what he’s doing! He is as good as it gets when it comes to finding and fixing the problem. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough with his job. He didn’t leave any stones unturned and I highly recommend him by name!

I had a new furnace installed in sept of 2025 and it has been a very professional pleasant experience. Today Taylor came out to re-install the outside cover on the furnace vent and checked on the water heater vent while on the roof. Thank you for being so professional. This was a very big purchase for me.

Man so grateful for the man Teilie for fixing our heater! He was so friendly & then he got everything done so quickly & efficiently! Now we can be warm in the mornings when we wake up to get ready for the day! Big thank you my man! We appreciate you!!!

Harry was professional and informative. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. He also pointed out an area of our water heater that needed to be replaced. The company is very fortunate to have such a good employee as Harry.

Taylor was a true professional with great customer service! He diagnosed our furnace and got straight to work with replacing the damaged pieces. He communicated effectively with me although I am in California. Ask for Taylor next time 10/10!

I had been having problems with a brand new HVAC unit that no one could figure out. Barlow sent people out immediately every time I had a problem and we finally got lucky when they sent Mike. He figured out that my ducts had probably never been cleaned (since 1949) and that was causing my air flow problems and making my AC stop working. No one else had thought to check that. Since getting the ducts cleaned on his recommendation I haven’t had one problem. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional he was also such a nice and friendly guy. Going forward he is the only person I would want working on my HVAC.

Phenomenal service from Mike, he is such an asset to your company! He went above and beyond serving us today. He checked all of the things that we needed, vacuumed out everything and was so kind and respectful. Thank you Mike!

Glen came over to get our swamp cooler fixed and set up for winter. He arrived on time and was professional. He did a thorough job, and it looks great. He also took the time to briefly check on our water heater and furnace to make sure they were still fine too.

These guys rock and the HVAC tech (Michael L.) that came out to our house was super knowledgeable and an all around great guy with a great attitude. He also found two problems that he fixed up before he left. Five star service today!
