We’ve hired Bachman for years and have been really happy. Recently we had a problem with our toilet - it kept getting backed up. It happened a few times a week.

The last straw was my husband cleaning poopy water off the floor and about having a breakdown over it. He’s a neat freak and this was the last time he could imagine doing that job.

I called and they came that morning. The tech is friendly and laid out all our options. One was to purchase and they install a higher power toilet. Maybe we could flush some people out who don’t belong any more out next!

I wasn’t convinced but he’s paying, so… we have a new toilet. It’s quite a throne! Both he and my daughter are thrilled. It’s like Christmas at our house!

Now he wants to replace all our toilets. I don’t quite understand their enthusiasm. However, it’s there and I respect it. They cannot stop raving about this new addition to our family!

I even have a photo. I feel like it should wear a crown as it takes its place as head of the bathroom.

Late Saturday night I realized my house's main line was blocked, and the tub, toilet, and mechanicals room drain were all backed up and holding water. I called several companies that advertised as being 24/7 and available for any emergency, only to be told the soonest they could be out was late Monday morning.

Then I saw the listing for Mike Bachman Plumbing, and remembered they had been to our house before and were not only nice, but competent and fairly priced. I called around 11PM, and was told they could have someone to me as the first call Sunday morning, arriving between 9 and 11AM!

Frustratingly I cannot remember the plumber's name (I'm so sorry, I'm terrible with names!), but he was one of the Bachmans. He got right to work, and determined where the blockage was. To fix it he had to pull the hall bath toilet; clear out the line with a drain auger (the snake couldn't get through the blockage); ran a camera down the line to confirm the line was clear and didn't have any other issues; and then reset the toilet with a new wax ring.

On top of all his exceptional plumbing work, Mr. Bachman cleaned every tiny bit of mess that may have been a side effect of all his hard work - my bathroom was as spotless as when he arrived! Turns out the toilet had also been the source of a pervasive moldy smell in that bathroom - the last time the toilet was pulled and reset (had the floors replaced) it wasn't done correctly.

I'm a fan of Mike Bachman Plumbing for good, and whenever I need a plumber, I will call them. They give the service industry - and Plumbers especially - a good name. Thank you!

Very strait forward and honest, even with the bad news. Didn't try to upsell me on something that wouldn't fix the issue. I highly recommend these guys, especially if you want an honest job done. Thanx Vic.
