Mountain Breeze has been fantastic to work with. They are easy to communicate with, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We've had them help us with a number of home needs and issues. I highly recommend them for your home and business heating and air needs.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Mountain Breeze Heating and Cooling. Frank and his team arrived punctually, and they quickly set about determining what was wrong with our system. We had known for a couple of years that it was going south, but Frank was able to identify that the wrong size of system had been put in more than twenty years ago. When he could have upsold us on a system, he instead made sure we had the right system for our house.

Installing our system was a challenge because of how old (and how poorly done) the previous system was. But Mountain Breeze stayed until the job was completed, which was a testament to their work ethic. Even better, they stayed until they'd cleaned up the mess the install had created. We really appreciated such care and consideration, especially in the middle of a heatwave. Now our house is finally cool - hallelujah! They did a great job, and we'd highly recommend them.

After getting several ridiculously high bids from big name companies for a complete furnace and AC replacement for our home, we were referred to Mountain Breeze by a relative and we couldn't be happier.

Frank really is low pressure and does high quality work for a fraction of the price of the bigger companies. He was able to get us better equipment with higher efficiency ratings at better prices that the other companies couldn't even come close to. He was prompt starting the job, got it done in less than a day, cleaned up everything when he was done and was nothing but friendly and professional. He'll be our heating and air guy from now on!

Mountain Breeze was chosen when we were required to replace our old furnace that had failed in mid winter. Mountain Breeze gave us the best price and we upgraded our furnace and air conditioning. We have had a few hiccups with our air conditioner condenser (not Mountain Breeze fault) with manufacturer quality. Frank, the owner, has been very responsive to help us with the problems. At times there was frustration from both of us with the manufacturer providing the parts in a reasonable time. Frank strives to do the right thing and is very conscientious in his work ethic and support of his customers.

We absolutely loved our experience with Frank and his staff. When we called for an estimate on a new AC unit, he actually stopped by within 15 minutes of us calling and then also scheduled the work for a few days later. Not only was he fast, but he is so so so honest, didn’t try to sell us the most expensive of everything, was very friendly, and exceeded our expectations in workmanship and price. I first called Mountain Breeze because of their awesome reviews on KSL...5 stars! And Frank lived up to that in every way. He was respectful, on time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and honest! He did the job right and fast, was extremely reasonably priced and didn't tell us we needed to replace things that weren't broken. We are soooo happy to have found him, and there is definitely some peace of mind knowing exactly who we will call in the future. I hope you call him when you need a HVAC guy too!! You will be happy you did! 😊

Frank has done multiple jobs for me. He is very kind and he does his job great. He also teaches you ways to keep your AC or water heater from going bad. I love that since I don’t feel like anyone does that. I recommend mountain breeze heating and air and for sure they will be the first in my list to call.

Frank and his team were great to work with! We had a few other bids for the installation of a mini split and the others came in way overpriced. Frank was right on target with his bid, and his team did the work promptly and very well. Our daughter’s room is finally nice and toasty tonight with the installation of this additional unit. We will use Mountain Breeze for future mini split installs as well!

Frank is a friendly and honest person who went out of his way to help me. I was heading into surgery when our AC went out. He knew I was going to be recovering in the upstairs where the AC was out so he brought a portable unit to help make me comfortable before the new system was installed.

It’s becoming harder and harder to find residential housing trades providers; the type that are honest, experienced, reliable, respectful, clean up after themselves, and simply do what they say they’re going to do. Frank and his crew are just those people based on my recent experience. They installed two separate and fairly complex systems in a roughly 4,000 sq ft home for me. The company installed quality components such as Mitsubishi with clean and thorough installs, often checking in with and updating me. The price was also competitive if not better than other bids I received when all was said and done and on top of that Mountain Breeze processed a rebate on my behalf, deducted it from the total, and saved me the hassle. Thank you!

Job well done. Install took most of one day. Installation crew included Frank, (The owner) Jacob and Jason (father and son team).
Unfortunately, the day turned out to be very hot over 100°.
This team worked in unison and knew exactly how things were going.
They cleaned up the work area. They hauled away the trash and garbage. Very happy to see them, capture the refrigerant, recycling furnace and condenser!
Their total job looks good, work area was left clean and tidy.
I would totally recommend Mountain Breeze!

Frank came out today and installed a heat pump for me. He found that the furnace was not level and had to do extra work to level it so everything would run and drain correctly. He didn’t charge me extra. His price was fair and he did an excellent job, and left the site clean. I would recommend Mountain Breeze!

Glad we were able to find the friendly service of Mountain Breeze Heating & cooling! We were looking to cool our bedroom from the 100 degree weather after contacting Frank for help he was able to determine the root of our problem. He offered alternative solutions giving us pros & cons to both resolutions. Frank is honest with solutions and we felt comfortable with his explanations. We decided to go with a new heat pump and work on our current furnace system. They were able to schedule the work within the week and get all the work done in a day! Their workmanship is fantastic and their cleanup perfect. They even took care of all qualifying rebates! Awesome company

Frank and his team were fantastic to work with! I just had them install two Mitsubishi mini split systems. It was a complex installation that required some serious creativity and experience, and Frank and his team did a phenomenal job. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They kept the site clean, and did everything they could to return things to its original state. They responded to phone and text messages in a timely manner, and they made sure we were well informed on how to maintain the systems. I’ll definitely be keeping this company on speed dial for any future mini split needs.

Frank and his team are amazing not only did they have better prices than the competition but he was very thorough and made the process as painless as possible . I highly recommend them to anyone! Glad I finally found an HVAC company I can rely on.

Frank was very good and efficient. Great to deal with and told me everything that was wrong before he fixed my AC unit. He gave me a total on my bill before he did any work. He's very fair and very nice to work with. I would recommend him to fix your AC unit. It is working really good right now.

Frank and his team did an excellent job of installing a Mitsubishi mini split in our master bedroom. The job was done on time and at the quoted price. I solicited bids from multiple hvac companies for the mini split and chose Frank because of his knowledge of mini split systems, reasonable pricing, and his hands on approach to running his business. He was there to give me the estimate and came back with his team to do the install.

Frank is amazing at what he does! He installed a mini split system in our home that has worked flawlessly! His pricing was way below anyone else and the service was amazing! I would give 6 stars if I could.
