Eden is very helpful. Always greets you and all customers happily. The crew is also very helpful, if Eden is busy. The whole group , I watch help , everyone with various degrees of knowledge.

Eden was so helpful - I honestly have no clue about sprinklers and she found the parts, put them together, and showed me with pictures how to finish. She also gave me names and numbers of people to call for help! She was patient and amazingly helpful

Good plumbing and sprinkler supply store. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. In July 2024, I went in to get a new part since the one I installed last year had recently burst open. The staff member asked what happened. I explained, then she told me that there was a manufacturer defect on that particular part's 2023 output. She got me the replacement part at no charge. Fast and awesome service!

The knowledge and assistance I received from Eden was superb! She greeted customers by name and treated them and me with respect and friendliness. She even took the time to replace the nozzles in the spray heads I purchased to make sure they worked properly. Thank you!

Never write reviews, but highly disliked my experience from there. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Went in and the woman was completely rude with an attitude and just said we don’t have it. She wasn’t polite or at least not come across like a total jerk. There was a man asking on some knowledge on a part and she was very rude and acted like he was dumb. A woman after me she just confirmed on the amount that she wanted like she was dumb. Both the man and the woman after me did not end up purchasing from here. I really don’t know how this store is even in business with the very very low quality of customer service and satisfaction provided.

Just a bitter experience for me from the interaction with her and seeing how she interacted with the other customers.
