I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism from Eagles HVAC Services. I recently received my winter preventative maintenance service and had a smart thermostat installed. Technician arrived timely and completed both jobs in a reasonable amount of time. Based on the level of service I’ve received thus far, I renewed my service contract for another year.

George was recommended to me by a family member for my HVAC maintenance. I also was having some issues with some smells in the crawl space under my home.

George responded quickly, we made an appointment, and he showed up right on time. He is very professional and kind. He also doesn’t try to upsell and was honest about everything. He cleaned my HVAC and gave me a couple of no pressure suggestions to improve the drainage of my unit. He also referred me to some Basement folks that did an outstanding job encapsulating my basement to fix the smells.

Job well done from beginning to end explaining procedures and policies to be followed and providing me with insight into what was needed and how the system worked. Arrived early and stayed until everything was done to specifications installing HVAC system. Great attention to detail!

August 2025 update: George continue providing great service where he responded quickly for a condensate leaking from HVAC system and while this was out of his scope, George took care of the issue and saved us from a major damage. Highly recommended.

Our AC unit wouldn’t turn on yesterday so we put in a call to HomeServe, who we have repair insurance through. They connected us with George from EAGLES HVAC SERVICES. He was kind enough to come out on a Saturday, early in the morning. We received a text, phone call, and tracking before his arrival—WOW! George was right on time, found the culprit (faulty wire) right away, and fixed the issue. Friendly customer service and very reliable company. Thanks so much, George and Eagles!

I was referred to Eagles HVAC through HomeServe. Eagles was very responsive, analyzed the problem, gave me recommendations and worked closely with HomeServe to help me make the best decision for my problem. Eagles worked to identify and find an evaporator coil which fit my system perfectly. Once they received the unit they came out Saturday (today) for the installation. George was the lead technician with Abe and Bob assisting. They were extremely professional and very personable. They used drop clothes to keep the area in the house clean and did a great job of clean up. George described his work as he progressed and showed me a couple things that I need to follow up with but had nothing to do with the replacement. George also cleaned the outside coil to ensure the system was operating at peak efficiency and advised how to do that in the future - once every six months.
We now have a system that works as good as new and are very pleased to be prepared for the summer heat.

George came out on an insurance service call to fix my heating, cooling and electrical disconnect issues. response was timely, he was incredibly professional, detailed, thorough and taught me about my unit. 5/5 star service all the way through and fixed everything up rather quick. I immediately signed him up to do biannual maintenance on the home.

I recommend Eagles HVAC Services because Gerges was very professional, knowledgeable and has excellent experience. We have to replaced my heat pump and the air handling unit and all it’s accessories and pipings. He did excellent job from A-Z. We are very happy with the price as well compared to other big company’s. He also did all the paper work for the warranties.

I'm not sure where to start, from how the call was handled and scheduled, to the expertise that's as clear as day that an expert is working on my system not just an amateur or holiest, someone that truly understands how this works, when discussing the issue with George, it felt low in in front of a college professor that knows these systems inside and out, Abe was helping him out and George seemd to be teaching him everything to the point of his to know what reading to expect when connecting the gauges before connecting them based on the onsite, never seen anyone with such experience, knowledge, expertise, yet very competitive in price, can't recommend them enough especially with so many people out there thay claim to know it all but they're just out there to upset you, although my system is faulty old (19 years old) and it stopped cooling, at no time did I feel that George was remotely attempting to upgrade my system, on the contrary, he was providing me advise to keep my system and save my hard earned money, havent seen this honesty in this type of business, call them and you won't regret, your house will thank you for having these pros work on it.
