We had a very old SubZero fridge that was not working properly and a new fridge was going to take over a year to receive. We had other companies out for repair and they said that all they could do was replace the freon and that we had to buy a new fridge. Total Appliance Service came same day, identified the actual issue, ordered parts, and repaired the fridge within a week for $1800 (new fridge was going to be $14,000. They said there was no need to buy a new refrigerator "unless you want to". Fridge worked perfectly afterward. They also repaired a subzero ice maker that hadn't worked since we moved in. I highly recommend. They will come out same day - they are very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.

Very happy with the service to fix our dryer. They were able to come out the next day after we called and technician diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Best of all, they accommodated us for a Saturday appointment to install the new part and we paid exactly what they quoted. Very competent, professional, and no games. We'll definitely call for our next appliance service.

The tech was able to diagnose the issue with my oven in about 10 minutes. The heating element needed to be replaced. He and a partner returned a week and a half later to replace the heating element. Excellent work. Highly recommended.
