Excellent experience compared to non-fun hour. Tech was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. Guessed the issue (correctly) listening to my story and said, I'm going to check everything to make sure. Tested everything, fixed the issue,and then tested everything again to be sure there was nothing else. Definitely recommend.

Cole came to my clients house to access her oil furnace. He was very informative, kind, and efficient. He gave my client a lot of sound advice on what she needed to do moving forward with purchasing a new unit.

Miller's went above and beyond to get a tech out to us in short fashion on what has so far been the coldest day this season, Michael S. was top notch during our service call. He had us back online within two hours of his arrival, and we simply couldn't have asked for better service or a better service tech!

Michael was my technician and I could not have been happier with the service I received. He diagnosed my furnace issues, fixed my furnace and was on his way. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise that I signed up for your maintenance plan. I will never use another HVAC company if Michael is the quality of all your technicians.

Consistent excellence! From Dean's professional greeting at my door, his "get to work" approach to the service call and friendly, confident completion of the service I was impressed. I was surprised he discovered a piece of equipment improperly installed by a previous service company, but took the time to clearly explain a fix and its advantages. Thank you Dean.

The technician,Will, was outstanding. Had to make a couple small repairs but had parts on the truck and knocked it out. Entertained all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Very happy we had Will and highly recommend! He’s my guy for all future visits!

Smooth as silk. Techs Jeremy and Chaise showed up on time, Both Technicians went right to work removing old HVAC units. "Professional and knew what they were doing" Installed a new 3 Ton YORK system. In under a day. WOW! Almost no noise from outside unit! Looks great! Truly happy that we picked the York Horizontal Discharge Heat Pump or the outside unit It's a smaller footprint and did I say it's super quite. I made a paver pad for there pad to sit on raising it enough so no weeds can grow around it. As you can see It really looks and runs great. Thanks Millers

Fantastic service today with Brian & Ares. They replaced a 30-year gas boiler within a day, they worked 9+ hours and did a fantastic job. It's amazing to have all the radiators working!!!

I am a long time satisfied Miller’s customer but I got exceptional service this week!
My home is at the North End of Virginia Beach.
I needed a new inducer motor. At first, Dean the technician told me it would take at least a week to get the part but the Miller’s team went to work, got one from Newport News. Dean came back that day! Did the install and full service!

Great assistance , William knew what he was doing and provided great insight. I’m glad we had him come out and assist us with our HVAC system, will definitely continue to use Millers due to his influence.

Excellent customer service. Jason came recently with a great attitude and HVAC expertise. He was super professional and courteous. I call and they come immediately, troubleshoot for quality control and fix the issue for free with my purchase contract. Last Summer, I bought a York system with dual fans, stand alone unit and it has saved me hundreds of dollars so far. My winter bill was shockingly low just as they promised. I love them and as long as I’m in 757 they will always have me as a customer.

Savy was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and relatable. If we continue to do business with you all, I will request that he be the one to service our contract. He seemed honest and trustworthy, and not focused on just upselling us by laying out all of the options. He gave repair options along with his recommendation for system replacement which demonstrated an understanding of the economic stressors we all face these days. It is folks like home that create a good brand image for your company and inspire loyalty from your customers.

Man where can I start! From the initial meeting from the field tech that came out Eric, they made this whole process very easy and stress free. I got an entirely new HVAC system put in my house and water heater as well, and the pricing compared to other companies, it simply can’t be beat! The two techs Mike and Caleb that worked on my house were phenomenal and talked me through everything they were doing and answered any questions I had as well. They were very friendly and amazing at their jobs, and always gave enough time notice of when they were coming in the morning to work. This company is amazing, and I’m very glad I heard the commercials on the radio that helped draw my attention to them. 100% would recommend for anyone!

Milliers Heating and Cooling was extremely professional from start to finish. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and explain the different products they had to offer. Technician made necessary adjustments during cleaning and tested the results. They also provided HVAC service evaluation form with pictures of the test results and unit components. Their pricing was fair and transparent.

Will W. was awesome. My heat had been stuck in auxiliary and then just stopped blowing warm air. He was able to find the issue quickly and fix it fast. He also set us up for an electrician for another issue I just happened to mention while he was here.

Will was fantastic to work with. He originally came out to inspect our ductwork for possible rodent damage, and he went above and beyond from the start. He ended up locating and removing a dead animal—even though it wasn’t technically part of his job description—and did it quickly and professionally. He then took the time to clearly explain all of our repair options, helping us choose a solution that made sense financially while still fully addressing the problem. We never felt pressured, just genuinely helped. Highly recommend Will for his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile.
