Karson at Mott HVAC is a veteran-owned business owner who really delivers. He was incredibly responsive, quick to reply to calls, emails, and texts, which made the whole process smooth from the start.
We had a 30-year-old system that needed a full upgrade, including a new air handler and condenser. Karson handled everything: new pad, electrical whip, condenser, air handler, and even installed a smart Ecobee thermostat. Install was completed in about six hours.
The work was efficient, professional, and high quality. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work.

I had 2 different HVAC companies come out & both frustrating HVAC experiences. The 1st charged me $250 and it stopped working an hour after they left. The 2nd said it was the compressor and $2800. Both were wrong and overcharging. It was a simple fix thanks to having Motts HVAC come. The cause was simply wires rubbing tripping the circuit. 10 minute fix. That is it.

So thankful I got the name Mott’s AC from the Midlothian Moms Facebook page, where a lot of people were recommending them. I reached out and they responded within an hour and were able to come out in less than 24 hours. Professional, responsive, honest, and efficient. I’ve already recommended them to others. If you are searching around, PLEASE have Mott’s a Veteran owned company at least come out to make sure what you’re getting quoted is actually the real problem.
