We needed an emergency AC repair in mid-July, and contacted several other so-called "24 hour" HVAC contractors who all either put us on hold indefinitely, or else couldn't fit us in for at least a full day. Then we called these guys - answered the phone on the first ring, had someone out to us in 2 hours (who was promptly on time), and performed top-tier work. Highly recommended!

Couldn't ask for better service. I had them out to service my mother's gas fireplace. They were so respectful of her, her home, and her time. They solved our problem beyond our satisfaction. And I swear they left the space cleaner than they found it. She is happy... I am happy. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I called this business because the other fireplace business I was referred to was booked out for over a month.
Jawad realized how desperate I was to get my fireplace working and actually came the evening of the day I called. He was very kind, professional and did the job fast with no issues. I will definitely use them again and will definitely refer this business to everyone. Thanks again!

Jay responded within 24 hours and was able to fix/replace the receiver in my gas fireplace. He also performed a cleaning of the logs and re-set them to better show the fire flames. He was professional and very courteous. I will use him and this company again when the need arises. Bravo!!!

I called Top AC repair to clean and fix a gas fireplace. They answered the phone (some places, it just rings or cuts off) and they quickly set up an appointment for the following day. The technician, J, was on time, totally professional, incredibly friendly and patiently willing to answer any and all questions. And he did an excellent job with all work being completed efficiently and effectively. Excellent experience all around. I had not previously heard of or used Top AC, but I would not hesitate to use this service again. They apparently handle refrigerators, major appliances and such, as well as gas fireplaces. I assure all who read this that this is a totally independent review. I receive nothing for writing this. They deserve this 100% positive review. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! We called and on the same day the technician reached out and was able to come out as he was in the area. He repaired it fireplace in less than an hour and explained to us in detail what was happening. Farid was our technician and he was excellent and kind, same with the front desk poc, she was very nice and scheduled us quickly. The pricing was incredibly affordable compared to others charging us an arm and a leg. Grateful we reached out to this company, thanks for repairing our fireplace!! Highly recommend

Jawed provided excellent service. My fireplace was not working and Christmas being a very busy time, it was hard to get someone to repair it. Jawed not only came on Christmas Eve, but also did an excellent job fixing it. He also gave excellent suggestions on how to maintain it in the future. Exceptional service and excellent professionalism. Will definitely use his service in the future!!

We are so grateful for Jawed who traveled a long way to our shop to look at our commercial freezer when not one but TWO were not functioning properly. After a great deal of investigation, it was determined that the unit was under warranty so we did not need his services. BUT, we wanted to leave a review to testify to his kindness and professionalism. He traveled at least an hour even though he had other obligations pending elsewhere and didn't even charge us for the "waste of his time". I strongly recommend this man's character! Thank you Jawed!

The services provided by Jawed was absolutely exceptional! I contacted this company Thursday night 11/10/2021 expecting to leave a message but Jawed answered the call. He was very polite and professional. He booked my apt for the next day at 5:15pm. He contacted me 30 minutes before his arrival and stated that due to traffic he’d be 10 minutes behind schedule and wanted to know if it would be ok. He pleasantly entered my home at the estimated new time and after assessing my fireplace, he assured me that it could be repaired; however, it would take 40 minutes to fix and if that would be too late, he could come back to do this work. Needless to say, I was ecstatic because my fireplace is pretty old and I feared that I would need a new unit. Within 40 minutes my fireplace was repaired and my basement is cozy and warm again. Thanks Jawed for providing professional service with a SMILE!
