Woke up on a hot, steamy morning to the smell of something electrical that had burnt out. And no air conditioning. Called our usual repair company, but was unavailable, so tried B&B for the first time. Was very pleased! Provided same-day service. Technician Hans was friendly, professional, and competent. He quickly diagnosed the problem and called back to his office for the necessary part. It was delivered in about an hour and he replaced the malfunctioning component. AND the office proactively contacted the manufacturer to find out if the part was still under warranty which ended up saving us a lot of money. We will use B&B again and recommend them, without reservation, to anyone with A/C or heating problems.

I had a very positive experience getting a new A/C system installed by Young and Ivan. They are a great team, very knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me. They made sure i was satisfied with their job (and I was!) before they left. I would highly recommend B&B and especially this team of Young and Ivan!!

I had my HVAC system replaced with a new energy efficient unit. Jose M. and his team did a great job. The fellows first laid drop cloths from the outside door to the furnace room, Jose explained what was done and showed me the work that he and his team did. They were knowledgeable, efficient and did a fantastic job removing the old furnace and AC unit and cleaning up. The cleanup was so good that one would never know that the furnace had been changed out. Thank you for a job well done!

Hans and his team, Ivan and Adam, were fantastic. They installed a new air handler and heat pump and were very thorough and professional. Hans patiently helped us set up the remote thermostat controls on our phones and explained everything we needed to know about the new system. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a contract with B&B for 18 years, and they are fantastic: responsive, professional, and dependable. Today—on a Saturday in the middle of a HOT summer—I had a failure on the blower unit of my air handler. Once I called, Young, the B&B tech showed up quickly and replaced the motor quickly. I expected as much, because the ten or so calls I’ve made through the years have all been answered with that same efficiency. B&B’s techs are always courteous and capable. I recommend B&B!

B&B's service tech was on-time and professional. He checked out the old forced air AC system and the newer heat pump AC system. He replaced a failed thermostat and tested everything out before leaving. He warned me the forced air system is nearing the end of its life span so I can budget for a replacement when the time comes. We talked a little about how he came to be with B&B and about there apprenticeship program. All together a great job.And so you don't think I'm a shill for the company the annual service contract we have with B&B is not cheap but when you call with an emergency problem in heating or AC they are on it right away.

We have been customers of B&B for many years and have always been very happy with their service. Technician Young Kim performed our fall 2021 HVAC inspection. As expected, he was very professional and careful in his work. Great job B&B!

Only ask for Kervin! He is truly an amazing and kind human being. He installed our furnace awhile back and now came back to help fix another issue. Adrian was his assistant at the time, he was nice. However, Kervin was the best interaction we have had in all of B&B. If he ever leave to go somewhere else we would move our business there no question ask. Because he is their best employee! We really do not want to put anyone else down because we know how hard it is out there but we have had another B&B tech that was not so great that’s why when I say only use B&B if you can ask for Kervin to come out. That’s the only person we will ever want assistance from. Again great guy professional and very knowledgeable!!! B&B you are so lucky to have him hopefully you give him BIG RAISE and a bonus because he is an absolute STAR employee! 😭✨

Young did an amazing job. Our AC went out middle of night on 90 degree day. My usual company I used was booked for a week. I called B&B and they were professional and receptionist talked to Manager for me to see if they could send someone same day since emergency due to high daily summer temperature. Young came out that afternoon and identified issue. Explained system could be fixed but no guarantee how long fix would last and gave me quotes for repair or system replacement. I opted for system replacement and one day later my home has a new system. And it is quieter and colder than my old unit. Thanks to Young and the B&B team — my family sincerely appreciates it!

Today we had B&B coming to our house because our furnace stop working. So We look online to see what Hvac company near our house and we saw B&B and has some great reviews, the staffs on the company were very friendly over the phone and we were able to schedule appointment today and Jose M. technicians that came today to take care of our furnace was able to find what was the problem with the system. He explained what had to be done to the system and also he educated us on what kinda maintenance our furnace need as well. We were very pleased on today service thanks to everyone on B&B

B&B has excellent service. We have a service contract with them, and they are very responsive. They replaced a blower motor a month ago, and now replaced the compressor. Mr. Young and Mr. Deivi were very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. They really did an excellent job. This work was done under warranty, so the cost was unbelievably reasonable.

My water heater failed and B&B sent a tech to repair it. It failed again and the tech returned but the thermostat was faulty and we decided to replace the unit. In three days they located a replacement unit, sent their installation manager, Ernesto and his assistant Kim Gu. It was a difficult job but they took out the old unit (a large 75 gallon unit) and replaced it with a new unit in 6.5 hours! They took care to not disturb the house and left my home as they found it. Because I have a service contract with B&B there was no charge for labor and I got a guarantee and 10% discount on the unit! They are a great company.

I had a great experience as a first-time customer of B&B. My central air stopped working on Sunday, I called B&B Sunday evening, and they were at my home before lunch on Monday morning. Ernesto was great. He had the issue diagnosed quickly, had the replacement parts needed on the truck, and had the whole system working again before I expected. My system is nearing the end of life so I will absolutely be calling B&B again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about B&B! I have been a customer since early 2000 and it’s honestly the best money I’ve ever spent on a service contract. Whenever something goes wrong, they are at my house the same day and repairs, parts and labor are done within 1 day.
Yesterday, my motor blower on my AC went out. They came, inspected and repaired it within 24 hours. Young, the technician that did the repair, has been to my house on a couple of occasions. He is so professional and explained the process and answered all of my questions. He was great! Whenever someone has asked me for an Heating and AC recommendation- It’s ALWAYS B&B. They are hands down the best!!!

We recently had an emergency on a weekend. Kervin came out to evaluate the problem. He was very professional and thoroughly evaluated the situation and fixed the problem. The company is very responsive and reliable. Service technicians are always professional and perform high quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

I sound like a broken record, but B&B continues to provide great service. The techs are always good. Today's was no exception. Adrian was wonderful - friendly efficient above and beyond. He was concerned about the back gate not closing tightly and afraid my dog might get out. V considerate! Highly recommend.

I contacted B and B for the first time due to an emergency with my furnace. I choose them because of their very high reviews. They definitely deserve high ratings. They were extremely concerned and responsive. Chris’ 30 + years of experience gave me confidence that my old furnace definitely needed replaced. Hans and Kim Gu were exceptionally well trained technicians who were able to take on the challenge of working through all the many adjustments that were needed to do the job right. Hans did an excellent job always making sure that my many, many questions received very patient and professional answers. Outstanding work ethic by the whole team. Thank you for such peace of mind.

I’ve used B&B over twenty plus years and been so pleased with everyone from telephone staff through the technicians and managers.
My system broke down while I was on the West Coast, when I was seeing to my elderly father. I had a very warm ace and at midnight a person came here to fix it.
I had trouble with someone tampering with my system, twice in a three weeks, and the people at B&B came out because I of the service plan (best investment ever). On their recommendation I got a lock for my system.
B&B has put in two systems and I’ve been very happy.
Kevin Portillo was here today and remembered the tampering of my system and the man last Autumn remembered me as well. Obviously the company takes care of its staff and retains them. Nice.
Today Ivan was the person checking out my system; he's been here before and as always is very through, precise, and attentive. I like that the same people return to my home year after year.

Very good reliable company, I recommend homeowners purchase the service contract. I needed my very old heater replaced—it was at least 30 years old. B&B came out right away and had a professional staff install the new system, and there is a discount for customers who have a service contract. I had the technician named Ernesto— very professional and hard working. B&B also calls you and let’s you know the technician is on the way so you don’t spend your whole day waiting around.

We’ve been with B&B Air Conditioning & Heating for 25 years- they are consistently responsive and informed, whatever the issue. Really recommend the service contract. My appointment for fall inspection was handled by Adam— he was knowledgeable, responsive and did a fantastic job! He has exceptional customer service skills!!

Very happy with B&B. We’ve been clients for more than fifteen years now. They come twice a year for maintenance and a couple of years ago they replaced our HVAC system (it lasted 20 years thanks to good maintenance). They are extremely effective and professional. Great technicians. Today we had Ernesto, and like the previous technicians, he was very professional and knowledgeable.
