The night before a heat wave our HVAC wouldn't cool. Mohamed responded right away was able to come on very short notice, diagnose and fix the problem for a very reasonable price. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We have had a good experience with Accurate. We had a problem with our Samsung dryer and Mohammed came in and fix it, all at the same visit. We were lucky he had the an extra parts. We always have a good experience from this small business they had replaced my HVAC two years ago.

The Accurate Services Tech team was an absolute lifesaver when our AC went out on the hottest day of the year in DC (98 degrees). The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to resolve it, all while maintaining a positive attitude despite the baking heat in our attic space. We are forever grateful!

Professional service with no BS. AC went out in our place, and it was a simple problem, a bad capacitor in the air handler fan. Diagnosed quickly, replaced it within ten minutes, and everything was back to running. Couldn't ask for a more, honest repair to a simple issue. Would use again, and would recommend.

Adam is great person. He come to my house to fix my heat thermostat. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him if you look for an honest person.

Mohammed helped us get our AC up and running ASAP when it stopped working, and then continued to work with us over the phone over the next few days to continue to troubleshoot so that he could come back and resolve the lingering issues quickly. We were able to stay cool the entire time!

As a restaurant owner I was very weary of using any company as I have had very bad experiences with quality of work and price. Out of everyone I've used these guys have been the best! They are professional, knowledgable, personable, and actually take the time to fix and diagnose the problem properly. Highly recommended and will be using for my other location as well. Not to mention the price to service my 5 units was almost the same as servicing one from a different company.

My experience was amazing!
Had a problem with my washer overflowing and called on a Sunday and left a message and was surprised when I got a call a while kater!
My appointment was scheduled for Monday and Mohammed arrived on time and figured out the problem and returned with the part!
He was very professional and told me what had happened!
Besides the repair he was amazing at cleaning everything in a very tight condo laundry closet !

Woke up at 5am to a clicking refrigerator on Tuesday. Called and set up an appointment. The technician was very responsive and informative of my issue. He called me Wednesday for a model number and got the part delivered Thursday. When he showed up on that same Thursday to install it on my refrigerator, he gave me advice and explained what was happening. Wonderful service! I had a malfunctioning HVAC and called two companies. The first, one of the largest in the area, sent two technicians out who struggled to identify the problem and then concluded that I needed a new inducer, which would cost me upwards of two grand. I then called Accurate Services Tech. They came out, figured out the problem was something entirely different, and fixed it for a fifth of what the other company wanted to charge me to replace the inducer. I wouldn’t call anyone else other than Accurate Services Tech for any future HVAC issues.

Mohammed owns and runs Accurate Services Tech. He has saved me thousands of dollars over dozens of separate service call visits and always is responsive, dependable and able to quickly fix my major appliances. He is unique in his comprehensive expertise ability to repair all types of major home appliances. For my home he has repaired the following over the last decade plus in my Northern Virginia home: my dishwasher, my kitchen refrigerator freezer, my basement refrigerator freezer, my upstairs washing machine, my dryer, several different seasonal visits to fix my HVAC systems keeping us cool in the summers, my furnace room hot water heater, not counting trips to work on smaller garbage disposals, etc. In that time, he only once recommended I purchase a new appliance- my kitchen dishwasher- but that was only after keeping it operating for 5 additional years where he replaced a part and kept it running. He is honest to a fault, quickly finds the problem, identifies a fix with just a part replacement, and his prices are always surprisingly reasonable. He is a bright, honest, trustworthy, hard working professional who will provide customer service rarely seen in this line of work. He’s the best!

Had a great experience. They were extremely fast to come in. It was in the days that the weather was extremely hot and our AC went down. Mr Mohamed was here next day even with late notice! Was very professional and knew what he was talking about when explaining the problem. Fixed our AC within the same visit and we're very grateful! Will definitely call again if we ever need them :)

I can't say enough amazing things about Accurate Services Tech! We were out of town and came home to an AC unit that was no longer functioning properly (in the middle of a heat advisory to top it off!). They came right out to take a look and gave us options to fix the unit or replace it, without pushing us in either direction. They were transparent with us regarding the pros and cons and we ultimately decided to have them replace the unit. They were timely in providing a proposal with several options and had the new unit ready for installation in a matter of days with the actual installation taking just 1 day. They went above and beyond in the whole process. They stayed until the job was done, even after running into several roadblocks that could have dragged the process out over multiple days, all so we could finally go to bed with cold air again! They were so professional and pleasant to work with, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thank you!

This is one of the best service I have received. My friend was so diligent and perfectionist that he spent nearly hours fixing my refrigerator and saved me a lot of headaches. I had a leak in my living room and Mohammed and his team came the same day to evaluate it and determined there were issues with my ducts not being properly sealed and insulated, as well as finding out that my AC wasn’t optimally functioning because of an issue with the fan. It took several weeks to fix it, but I can say that his team (including Mohammed) were very diligent and made sure the job was done correctly. I definitely recommend them for any AC and duct work because they’re honest about diagnosing the issue without trying to up-sell you on additional things to make more money.
