Tommy spent over 10 hours straight working all day long to reroute all of my ethernet drops. This man is an absolute beast of a worker. He doesn't complain, he doesn't get annoyed when you float or ask questions, in fact he is extremely happy to teach you and educate you if you want to know more. The man is a trove of knowledge and I am so glad I had him working on my house. He's the dude you want working on your place, without a doubt. Called RJ Home Services, because we were having a reoccurring electrical GFCI outlet issue, and we wanted a second opinion for what needed to be done. Jacob was the technician that came to our home to access the issues, and provided several options to consider. We opted to go with one of the options Jacob provided because:

1. He was professional, and courteous the entire time.

2. Knowledgeable about what was causing our problem and able to articulate so that I could relate, without talking down to me.

3. Able to rectify the issues we had that same day.

In the future, we will not hesitate to reach out to RJ Home Services first, for all our electrical needs.

I found this company through Thumbtack. The response was almost immediate and they're very helpful AI chatbot was able to answer questions for me as well as schedule the appointment. As promised. The technician, Jacob, called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I found him to be extremely professional, friendly, and, more importantly, he loved our dogs. Dogs. He did a thorough job examining the issues that I mentioned to him as well as some items that we would like to have done in the future. He was very thorough and provided estimates at varying levels of support and explained what the differences were. I felt strongly enough that I could trust him to walk through the house and look at anything he felt was necessary without trailing along. Jacob is definitely an asset to this company and I'm sure we will be doing business in the future.

Excellent costumer service. Spent hours trying to diagnose and fix the issue and gave me a quote with multiple options including a payment plan. Noah and the owner, Jake, were very personable and talked me through the issues we needed to address. We’ll definitely be using them in the future!

This was my first time using R J Home Services and very happy I made that choice. Jake and his tech Noah showed up promptly at the time and date I scheduled for 3 faulty outlets. They explained efficiently the company, their background, and what they would do. Shortly after they diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate to get everything repaired and working again. They were very professional and took the time to make sure I was aware of what the issue was and what repairs were completed. Jake provided an inspection of the house and suggestions of what should be updated for safety and to avoid other repairs that would come up as my house is about 45 years old. This was very helpful to get an idea and cost so I could put this on my to do list. You best believe I will have them back out to complete this project and would definitely recommend this company to anyone else. Thank you for making this easy and stress free for me. We had electrical issues. Called in the problem and was able to make an appointment same day. Jake was able to make it before the original appointment time, which I loved.
He was timely, polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He obviously loves his job and is really good at it.

One of few options for emergency service on a Saturday afternoon. The serviceman arrived within two hours, diagnosed the problem, provide a quick repair to stop any additional water damage, and arranged to fix the damage to my electrical panel as soon as possible. They then arrived on the appointed day and replaced and repositioned my entire electrical panel. Excellent and friendly work. Strongly recommend their services!
