N.I.C.E. Has been servicing my gas fireplace for years. They always do a good job. Rolando, our service technician, was great. He explained all my options, responsive to my questions and did a great job on the fireplace.

His experience and knowledge is impressive and gives me confidence that his interests are focused on my project complete satisfaction. Within a few minutes after arrival, he identified possible options that he suspected could have caused the outage. Before leaving he summarized the "fine tuning" steps he performed in addition to finding the source of the outage. So we were happy

And how about this!
My wife asked several questions about the system functioning and he made her feel right at home by taking the time to answer all of her concerns. Important!

We bought our house in March and realized the gas fireplace was old and not safe to even try to turn on. After contacting a couple other places that pretty much blew us off, we reached out to Nice. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. They sent Rolando out the next day to look at the fireplace. He was friendly and to the point. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way. He actually tried to fix it before just telling me I needed a new one. Unfortunately, I did need a new one. Which I expected. They gave me a fee options and we chose the one that fit our needs and price point. Luckily, they had one locally and were able to come the very next day. John showed up and completed the install, including refinishing the brick in the fireplace itself. He was quick, clean and very friendly. He took the time to go over everything and made sure we were happy. He actually seemed pretty proud of his handiwork as the job included some difficulty pipe work. The old fireplace was not close to being up to code.

I am very happy with Nice. They were quick, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time we have used Nice heating and air conditioning, and I cannot say enough good about them! Denis, our technician, came out and gave a complete assessment of our two (very) old gas fireplaces. Because we are selling our house we needed to get quite a bit of work done on them to make them completely operable. Nice's quote was fair, and their service was top-notch! Technicians came out before the week was over with all the needed parts and they completed both fireplaces in short time. Later that week, I was a bit concerned that there might be some gas leaking and contacted Nice again. They immediately sent Denis back out and he retested the fireplaces. There was nothing wrong, but now I have peace of mind! Were we not moving out of state, I would definitely have stayed with them for annual fireplace cleaning and service.

Rolando was very cordial and professional while installing a new thermostat. He did a quick check of our furnance and heating system- no issues. He also checked our gas fire place - reccommended that it should be cleaned.

Joseph ( technician) was wonderful. He was professional but also friendly and considerate, also easy to talk with regarding some improvements that I needed. I never felt pressure to purchase anything. I was very comfortable having him in my home. I would recommend Nice but I would also try and request Joseph as your technician ( if you can get him :-)

I choose this company based on the great reviews that were posted, and they did not disappoint. There were three guys that showed up and they all worked extremely hard, it was an all day job. David was the go to guy. He was very professional and “nice”. He explained everything that was involved in the installation including an unforeseen situation that he took care of. So far, I am very pleased with the work they did. Hayden (the project manager, I think) was very nice too! I highly recommend this company!

Justin was super fantastic! It was Christmas Eve and we were without heat and he showed up, thoroughly investigated the problem and fixed it. Thanks very much too Justin and nice heating and Air!! I highly recommend this company to anybody that needs HVAC service.

I made an appointment with Nice Heating & Air to have an older through-the-wall unit inspected and serviced. I really can't say enough great things about my experience with the company. The customer service was impeccable, always super informative and professional. My technician Hayden was also great. He put in SO MUCH extra work for what ended up being a bit of a nightmare job on an older AC unit style. All and all a really great experience, reasonable prices, and I'm super happy with the work and level of care that went into my install.

The technician Justin was quick to diagnose the problem with no heat or air. He quickly remedied the issue and gave some additional information to watch for next spring with the ac. Justin was personable and professional. Also, the individual who answered the call to set an appointment for service was extremely proficient. The manner in which she spoke with convinced me she would do as much as possible to schedule am appoint as quickly as possible. In addition she called one day prior and offered an earlier appoint for that day if we were available., which was much appreciated.

I contacted Nice Heating & Air when my heater stopped working. They were quick in getting me scheduled and had excellent communication between the office and technicians. The techs, David and Eddy came out the next day to install a new system. They were very professional, efficient, and really nice. I appreciated that they came in, finished the job in one day, and did an excellent job. They also took the time to give me a walk through of the new system and showed me where all the important information is located. I would definitely recommend them, and ask for David and Eddy if you do call them!

My AC stopped working and after calling several other places, no one could come out to inspect the system. Nice heating &air came out the next morning, inspected the system and unfortunately the ac had to be replaced. Wilmer explain all our options. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He also inspected the second unit as well. I was scheduled for the installation of the new unit the next day. Rachel called me to keep me informed on the upcoming appointment (she’s very friendly as well). The next morning Bryan and Eddy got here early and they pretty much worked nonstop. Eddy ensure that I knew how to use the new thermostat and that I didn’t have any questions about the new system. I’m so pleased by everyone in this company. I highly recommend this company they have a great group of true professionals!

David was stellar as he came out to explain everything we needed to know to choose the right system to buy. He really worked with us to get us the best deal possible as well.

Jon did an amazing job installing the two units for our home HVAC system. He also explained all the important things we needed to know. Amazing job!!

We’re very happy with the overall process with Nice Heating and Ail.

Carlos and & Jason installed a new coil for the inside unit of the AC.

They arrived on schedule and Jason outlined what they will be doing and time it will take to complete the job - that included removing the old coil, installing a new coil of same brand, testing and synchronizing it with the outside unit.

They completed the task as planned and tested the system to make sure it is functioning well.
I was impressed with the quality of work, timeliness and cleanliness and updates.

Jason also provided valuable advice to improve the air flow in different floors.

We’ve had a preventative maintenance contract with Nice since 2019. Yesterday was our spring service, and Freddy was the tech. He's the best tech we've had from Nice. He was courteous, competent, thorough, and he showed us things nobody had shown us before - like that the control box for the fireplace they had installed for us has batteries. Our remote wasn't working and when I said we had changed the batteries, he asked if we'd changed the batteries in the box. What box? LOL.

He kept us in the loop on what he was doing, and he made sure to leave everything as he found it. He even remembered to set our thermostats back to the setting we had them on when he arrived. Most techs forget to do that.

We had such a positive experience with him that I plan to always request him moving forward.

I am extremely happy that I decided to go with NICE heating and air. Everyone I’ve spoken to and dealt with has been extremely helpful and kind. All the technicians that came out to my house put on booties before entering the house which is a huge plus in my book. They were very efficient and explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Helped us troubleshoot issues that came up during the servicing. Was very honest and upfront about everything. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend. Shoutout to Rolando and Ibrahim!! They were amazing every step of the way :)

Nice was very easy and enjoyable to work with. I really appreciated that they call ahead of arrival and give you a link to see where the technician is en route as opposed to giving a huge timeframe where you have to wait for arrival. They also text a photo of the technician, which I felt was a great security measure.

Josh was our technician and he was excellent. From his moment of arrival, he was friendly, thoughtful, and skilled. He quickly performed the work without any problem.

Nice also offers a military discount which we greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again as needed.

Great experience with these guys, they installed a new heating and cooling system for us about a year ago, we've been on the service plan ever since and it's been working very well. Any issues that have popped up have been addressed immediately. Colt came by today for a regular service appointment and resolved some freezing coils we've been encountering with all the hot weather. Top notch!

Von and Ron were awesome with my new water heater installation! Courteous and professional. Ron even returned as an issue arose and he stayed for approximately three hours to make it right. OUTSTANDING!!! Brandon and Patrick were equally awesome and courteous. Very knowledgeable! Will only use Nice Heating & Air...best quality ever!!! Rachel is AMAZING and everyone can follow her customer service expertise!!! Awesome customer service!!!

Have used NICE for several years now and they always take care of me. Today I was visited by Miles for a system checkup. He was polite, courteous, thorough, and fast! Don't hesitate to call NICE!

Hayden did a great job of repairing my gas fireplace and keeping me informed of his progress as he worked. He was also very respectful of my home. I would highly recommend NICE to friends.
