Matt & Joe came out today to check a questionable installation of my new Wolf cooktop and downdraft. As I suspected, the plumber who installed it had put the downdraft on backwards. Whoops. Anyway, these guys were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They had a cheerful attitude even though it was a tough work environment since I had 3 other contractors in the kitchen at the same time.

We had Ray, come out to our home today as always he did an amazing job. Our Miele coffee machine is updated and working perfect. Not only did he promptly service our residential machine, at last minute he went to do a repair at our office! It was an error on the contractor who installed the Miele coffee machine, Ray, realized the problem repaired it in no time. Ray, thank you for your friendly, professional service. If you need assistance from Pro Line Ray, is highly recommend.

Proline's installers were courteous, punctual, and did an excellent job on the installation of my new built-in subzero refrigerator, even going so far as to provide information and candid advice about the manufacturer and other products about which I asked. They also worked with the VERY tight schedule for my project which had a number of moving parts. They are not inexpensive, but they are well worth the price. I will most definitely use them for my next project.

We needed to replace our double wall oven. Joe and Matt took out the old one and installed the new double wall oven. They were professional, knowledgeable, very careful, and very neat. We appreciated the care they took in our home. We would hire them again and highly recommend them.

We contacted Pro Line on a recent Saturday as we needed an evaluation on a gas appliance that was not working properly and we were very concerned about its condition. Pro Line's Ray Anthony came over within the hour and performed a thorough evaluation and solved our problem. We were very much impressed with his professionalism and fairness in all aspects of our service call. We will be using Pro Line in the future for all our appliance needs and highly recommend their services.

My refrigerator/freezer started working intermittently, with the freezer thawing and having to be unplugged for it to start freezing again, and then the cycle started over again. Derek from Pro Line diagnosed the problem to be the circuit board. Also, just after the refrigerator, my dishwasher stopped working. Derek also diagnosed the problem there and repaired it. I found working with Derek and Pro Line to be a pleasurable experience. Derek was quite personable, and was easy to talk with, and explained things so I could understand the issues. I will use Pro Line for any of my future problems. I most highly recommend them..

Joe and Matt installed a slide in gas range after a big box store whiffed on the installation. They did a very good job and were very careful to get the range in and leveled correctly and explain the new range features. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Line for appliance installation.

The crew delivered & installed a new fridge for my family. They were nice guys, very knowledgeable and professional. I am so happy to have found pro line and look forward to having them help us out with other appliance installs in the future. I definitely recommend Pro Line.

Brian and Brody were perfect gentlemen and had fantastic knowledge of our appliances for the installation. They also did a great job of taking away the old ones and cleaning up when they were finished. They were on time and called to let me know exactly when arriving. They also made sure to guard the new cabinetry from scratches and my antiques tiles were well taken care of in the install of the microwave. i would recommend this company to anyone getting appliances installed. thank you so very much. Pro Line installed double ovens, a dishwasher and a cooktop with downdraft for us. After calling several other installers, Pro Line was the only one who would install the downdraft. They did an excellent job with all of the installs and we couldn't be happier. All the people I spoke and met with were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Pro Line for any appliance installation needs.

My husband and I upgraded our kitchen appliances. We purchased a new cooktop, wall oven, steam oven, and warming drawer. Four technicians from pro line arrived promptly at our house at the designated time and got right to work. They dismantled the old appliances safely placed them in our garage for habitat to come pick up and then installed all the new appliances. They were polite, efficient, quiet, and very skilled. We were very impressed with the end result and with having them in our home for the day. I would highly recommend proline to anyone that needs repairs or installation!

Proline will be my first choice for appliance work in the future. We needed to replace a dishwasher that was 20+ years old. The dishwasher was sold by Ferguson, and delivered and installed by Proline. The technicians were punctual and rang the doorbell precisely at the time scheduled for installation. The unit was installed in about 1.5 hours. We inspected the dishwasher and found no problems. All work was done in a workman-like professional manner. The technicians were cordial and friendly. All members of the household are at risk for respiratory illness and we requested that anyone coming into the house wear a mask. Both technicians wore their masks properly and were very cooperative. We did have some difficulty getting in touch with the front office and understand that the situation has been resolved.

I had my old range hood removed and a new on installed by Joe and Kainin. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did an excellent job, making sure not to damage the tiles on my backsplash and the molding at the top of the vent. I was very satisfied with their serve and would use them again.

WOW. What an amazing experience - all I had done was a Miele dishwasher warranty repair, but it exceeded my wildest dreams as far as excellence. I work for a mechanical contractor and have also hired many contractors for jobs at my home over the years. I know all the ways they can fall short in communication, competency, dependability and general demeanor, and everyone at Pro Line really knocked it out of the park. Anthony was a truly wonderful technician and the friendly office staff called with a cancellation so I got my service a day early. So awesome - HIGHLY recommend!

Pro line appliance was so responsive, quick, and affordable for installing our 48 inch fridge. We tried multiple different companies to try and get our fridge installed and none would do it. Joe and Derek showed up and got the job done quickly and efficiently! They were truly awesome. I would definitely recommend proline appliance to anyone.

I have been without an oven for several weeks, so I was disappointed when my installation date was preceded by one of Richmond’s famous “mixed precipitation” events. Not only did Joe and Travis arrive on my promised install date with my double oven, but they worried about tracking ice and snow into my house. When they encountered a cabinet challenge, they took the time to make the cabinet much better constructed than before. I highly recommend Pro Line Appliance!

We recently had a very inadequate install of a new dishwasher from someone else. Pro Line was very responsive when we reached out to them. In a short time Joe came out. He was very respectful of our space. He had to do several things in order for the dishwasher to be safe and secure within the cabinet as well as us being able to use it. He was very conscientious of aesthetics as well and made sure we were pleased with the placement and height. I love walking into my kitchen and feel so much better about using the dishwasher. Subzero gave me two businesses to call for a warranty repair. One took a week to call me back. The other option went to voicemail. When they called back the employee had me on speaker phone and was banging away on a loud keyboard. Super annoying. Then they didn’t show up during the scheduled window of time. Finally I asked Subzero for a third option. Cassidy who answered the call at Proline was polite and responsive. Derrick, the technician was equally polite and professional. The repair required a part to be ordered and Cassidy notified me as soon as the new part came in. Highly recommended!

Brody and Ray did a fantastic job installing my new dishwasher after the rep from Best Buy wasn't able to do it. Brody gave me some tips around some potential items to improve on under my sink to avoid future disasters. They both walked me through everything with the new dishwasher including how to set up my warranty. They were transparent in what materials they needed to use, which ended up saving me some money from the initial quote. Next time I have an installation that I don't feel 100% comfortable with, I will be sure to use Pro Line again.

Pro-Lines staff members Kierre and Jacob have been to my house on 2 different occasions and both times they were very professional, on- time, respectful of my property. They replaced a new Best Downdraft. The installation was tedious and in an tight location, coupled with the fact they had to move a 36" range to get to the downdraft location. The downdraft works great and they did an excellent job installing.
