Highly recommended, outstanding service, great company! They installed 2 Trane units and converted the heat from gas to electric. They ran a line to the junction box for the electric conversion. Charge was included in the price; whereas other companies to charge an additional $500 plus.

I called this company on a referral and was not disappointed! My A/C went out during the day and it was 80+ degrees in the house. I didn't get a chance to call until I got home from work which of course was after working hours. I talked to Wade and he was able to fit me in the next day. He was on time, took just a few minutes to diagnose my issue, which thank goodness wasn't needing an entire new unit! He even had the part I needed on his van. My house was cooling down in less than an hour after he arrived. Would call this company again if I ever have any heating or cooling issues!

It’s springtime and our air compressor started acting stressed. It was blowing so loud. On further investigation, I found water filling the drain pan. I called Haven Heating and Cooling. They worked me into their busy schedule and answered questions about what to do in the meantime. This company really cares about their customer. Jarred came out and found a clogged drain pipe. He clearly explained how to prevent this in the future and helped me rethink my maintenance schedule. I’m so thankful for my friends at Haven! Dustin, Jarred, Emily, they are honest, kind, and awesome. Keep their number in your phone!

Virginia Heating and Cooling has been my go to for my HVAC needs for years! They serviced my older unit until it went bad and they replaced it with a new Trane system. We have been happy with the new unit installation and the service provided since installation. They offer affordable rates, reliable work, and knowledgeable technicians.

Their service is tops and so are their prices. $350 to install a flex line that goes into the gas valve for the furnace.

I left a message on their voicemail, I have not receive a call back, it has been over 2 weeks. I am not sure if they are so backed up or closed.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, had to have another company come redo the ducts due to no airflow to the bed and bathroom. Lied about filing the warranty, did not find out until my wife checked on it. If you need havac work done please go elsewhere, it will save you a lot of grief.

Had an appointment between noon and three, nobody called, nobody showed up. I called at 3:05 was told that somebody would get back to me quickly. Nobody did. Advice: Go elsewhere if you want good service.

These guys were the original installers of my HVAC system. AC handler is less than 2 years old and it went out. Tried calling several times, left 2 messages and received no response. My contractor attempted to call and was given the same treatment. After a week of not being able to get in touch we went with Bradley's who responded and sent a technician same day. Piss poor customer service.
