Going from noticing a broken water heater to having it fixed in 2 hours. I called Gene, I assume he's the G in the company name, at 7:30 AM about water heater issues. He was at my place at 8:15 AM, gave me the options I have, no up-sells, no gimmicks, just what I asked for. We made a 2 PM appointment for the water heater swap, he was there on time, took him and his helper 1hr. Done, no mess, but hot water!

That's how it should be.

Love these guys, they do great work and are honest. If you have a plumbing problem they come quickly and will often come right away if you have an emergency. I've used them on several occasions. I have an old house and recently I had a problem with my sump system leaking water into my yard and endangering my home's foundation and they came to my house the very next day to analyze the problem. They explained the situation very clearly and gave me several options to go about fixing it and clearly explained the costs involved in each option. They've always done great work for me and their prices are very fair. I can't say enough nice things about this company and its people. ~ Terry in Quinton

These guys are amazing. The first time I called them, they replaced my old, busted water heater in one day. The second time, I had bubbling toilets. They ended up finding multiple problems with the pipes and the valve into the septic tank. They got us functional within 2 hours of my call, and came back three days later (around a holiday weekend) to repair all of the issues. They were quick, professional, explained all the issues in layman's terms, and made the entire experience as positive as possible. I highly recommend them!

My water heater stopped working the night before, I called at 830 am the next day and was fit into the schedule the same day and they were able to work with my schedule as well. He gave me all the facts and options and answered an endless amount of questions. Also, there was no pressure I was given all the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable and able to make the most informed decision. The expertise, professionalism, honesty, and genuine caring for a customer made a bad situation so much easier. My 1996 water heater had a good life, I now have hot water ( a fixed toilet that I sprung on them) and they have a customer for life. I never write reviews, but if anyone else is like me I read them to help me make my decision on who to hire. I have already recommended them to my friends and family, I am genuinely grateful I finally found a plumbing company I can trust.

Called them at 8:15 this past Sunday night, and Gene called right back. My water heater thermostats were acting up for about the third time, finally tripping the unit's reset button and we decided it needed to be looked at. Gene came out around 9:40 am the very next day after setting up a visit, and had both elements and both thermostats replaced in ONE HOUR! SUPER respectful and nice, which is rare today! The only number I need to call for plumbing need I can't handle myself for time, know-how, or lack of specialty tools!

Update 2/7/25 - We had our water tank under our house leak with a broken pipe this past Tuesday night. I called the service line and they came out the next morning exactly when they said they would! Piping was replaced with an upgrade for us (Pex) and they were done within 30 minutes! I really can't say enough about Gene. If he offered other services I would hire him for EVERY single one of them!!!!
