I just moved here from NYC. Our dishwasher wasn’t draining and it caused a small flood. I requested a quote at 11:45 at night, and Max responded within 30 minutes. By noon the next day, he had come over and fixed it (in 10 minutes). He also came over 45 minutes early which was even better. Professional and great guy! Highly recommend him for all your appliance needs. In NYC, this would’ve taken weeks to repair!!!

Great experience. Max was very responsive to my questions prior to repair being completed. The part arrived earlier than expected. Max arrived on time and completed the repair in a short amount of time. I would recommend and use Alliance Appliance again.

Max was great to work with. He returned the initial call quickly, made an appointment for the next day, and repaired the dryer within 45 minutes of arrival.

Max came out same-day and assessed the situation with our refrigerator. He came out the following day with the part that needed replacing and did a great job communicating what needed to be done and the estimate to complete. I highly recommend him for appliance service and repair.

We called Alliance about a problem we were experiencing with our ice maker. They were able to send Max out same day. He was able to explain what could be probable causes and we discussed solutions. Max recommended a tiered approach starting with the most probable issue and cheapest solution. Max was able to get parts and came back 2 days later to fix. Wonderful customer service. Would definitely use Alliance again and recommend to friends.

Awesome!!!! When my refirgerator and freezer stopped working, Alliance came out within 2 hours of my call. Max diagnosed the problen within minutes. He had the part on his truck and finished the job in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I'll be keeping their number and they will be my first call next time I need an appliance repair....... Well, the next time came last week. Our Viking Range had several problems. First the burners, were not lighting in spite of the fact the igniters were sparking, and second, the side by side ovens were taking an extremely long time to reach the desired temperature. When they did reach the temperature they did not cook evenly. One side would burn while the other did not cook through. Aganin Max diagnosed the problem quickly. While he did not have the parts, he ordered them from Viking and had the within days. He was out the next day and installed the new parts very quickly. Now the cook top and ovens work like brand new. Max saved us about $24,000, the cost of a new Viking Range.
Max is the best. I will never call anyone else. Thank you Max.

Had a great experience with Alliance Appliance Services. Max came out to look at our LG fridge that suddenly stopped cooling properly. From start to finish- communication, diagnosis, and repair-everything was professional, prompt, and fairly priced. Max was knowledgeable, respectful of our space, and got the job done efficiently. Max is extremely competent and reliable. When my fridge stopped cooling, he came out the same day I called him and fixed it on the spot for a reasonable price. He also first walked me through on the phone things I could do to diagnose the problem. The next time I had an issue with the fridge, he actually told me what to do to fix it myself! HIGHLY Recommend Max at Alliance Appliance Services! Max has excellent customer service skills. I needed a professional and I got one. Max was outstanding! I have an LG front loading washer that we love and the drain pump stopped working. He arrived at our home on short notice looked at it fixed it and we are back up and running less than an hour later.
